The customer service on January 27th at 12:45pm through drive-thru was highly rude and rushing our order. The man on headset did not seem to care about his job, we asked for an extra ranch and he did not ask what size we wanted he just added a 4oz to our order after he shut the window and walked away. When he handed us our food he was very quick with it, did not say have a great day or use any basic customer service and just shut the door quickly after

Great experience at Costa Vida! The food was fresh and delicious (the queso is my favorite)! The guy that helped us, Ryker, was really helpful and friendly. Excellent customer service that really made the visit better. Will definitely be back!

i have lived in layton my whole life (im 20) i saw when the buildings were being made for fizz and costa vida, through the years i have noticed that this costa vida isnt bad and i would rather take my chances with it then any other in the area, the only thing is to not trust the drive through you should understand by now that you can not feed a family by working in fast food, so naturally the hires are high schoolers/people who look like they would work at md, if you think a high schooler cares about your food go to a sit down restaurant, these kids could care less so dont be mad when you get no meat or are given pork instead of steak, just go inside and get it to-go dont be afraid to ask for more meat cause 9 times out of 10 your order isnt going to be loaded! dont have high expectations when kids who still have bed times make your food

The staff member Riley cook was an amazing employee. He made one of the most scrumptious burritos I have ever had at a costa vida. His positive and caring attitude was truly above and beyond all expectations. I would have paid double just for his service and kindness. I would be shocked if Riley is payed anything less than the maximum for his position. If there is ever a question of a salary increase or promotion Riley is 100% the most deserving.

My faith in Costa Vida was restored! The staff was friendly very helpful and made a fun atmosphere. Emilio served me and he didn’t skimp on the meat! That’s been my pet peeve of other locations. The staff kept up on the lobby so there were lots of clean tables to choose from.

The food was delicious, the atmosphere was great, and Ray’s excellent service truly made my visit even better. It’s always refreshing to meet staff who genuinely care about their customers.

Every time I come to this location, they never have steak every single time. I always have to wait 15-20 minutes for it. (I never wait) i just get the kids something and go Terrible service. Every other location always has all the meats ready except this one. There was three customers behind me that were pissed that there was no meat ready almost all of the beans were gone. They basically said we have an abundance of lettuce if that’s what you want.

placed an order at 6:17 that said it would be ready at 6:36 got there at 6:35 and had to wait until 7:01 despite them having time to fulfill 6 cars worth of orders through the drive through. would have never placed the order for that kind of wait but once it was placed we were stuck. upon getting home the order details were wrong so we didn’t have the right food.

I ordered 2 sweet pork salads when I got home they had given me the smalls and not the regular size. I order them a lot and have been asked a couple times regular or small. All the other times I order it they always make the regular size. I didn’t notice until I got home to Farmington. So I had to go back to Kaysville and they charged me the $3.25 difference and I paid it. Even though I thought they should have changed it for free for my inconvenience. So I get the regular sized salads home and both the tortillas were hard and crusty around the entire outside. I don’t know why but they obviously gave me old dried out tortillas. Also both salads hardly had any lettuce. They were not out anything I paid the difference and I was not rude I never even asked for them without the charge. I guess I will go back to Cafe Rio.
