How are you going to charge people extra for the extra meat option and then not give them a fair amount of meat? This isn’t even a substantial amount of meat for the regular order of it. Literally like one bite worth of sweet pork? Is this a salad or a sweet pork salad??

Not only was it the wrong burrito and clearly can see its wrong from the request on the receipt BUT there was a spider in the food too!

Door dashed costa vida. Asked for a side of tortilla chips they put way too many on. I asked for no beans and extra rice but the amount they gave me was what looked like half a scoop. I ordered a side of guac and they didn’t give me any! I am pregnant and love their rice when I didn’t get what I ordered I was extremely upset. Most likely won’t return to this location.

While the food is decent the portions are abnormally small. They are SO STINGY. I’ve asked them before about the extremely small portions of meat and (met with an attitude) they always offer to charge me more. They say they give a certain amount of ounces but never actually weigh the amount. I’ve been to two other Costa Vida locations in town as well as Blackfoot and Idaho falls and they are nowhere near as stingy. This location wouldn’t even give my husband enough beans to cover his nachos without offering to charge us more. I’m not sure if this a management issue but this is the only location I’ve been completely dissatisfied with.
On top of this, the tables are pretty consistently very dirty.

I’m not one to complain or leave a review but my wife had ordered us dinner tonight and I went and picked it up.
When I walked in it was empty. There was a table of about five employees eating at a table and three people behind the counter. They gave me the bags of food and I drove home. When I got home I pulled it out of the bag to give to my kids and was horrified by the lack of food.
I took some pictures before my kids ate anything to document the lack of food. The pictures of the quesadillas wrapped in tin foil has nothing under it either. I mean, one has a small splatter of like two beans.
Next time I’ll know to check the food before I leave.

I gotbthe big salad with chicken. It’s very hearty. I bought 3 extra tortillas and just made myself three huge burritos out of it. They were just about as big a ls a Chipotle burrito. 3 meals for $12. Ooh yeah, baby! What a great deal.

Great service! They accommodated us for our picky 5 yo that didn’t want anything but chips and shredded cheese :D. Thank you!! The food is great and I love that they have 2 sizes of salads so I don’t have to get a huge one.
Check your gift cards before you leave….husband bought gift cards and tried to use them and was told there is no money on them. He just got them. Now he has to wait until the manager gets back to him.
The girl taking my order just walked away and I didn’t get to finalize what I wanted on my nachos. I wanted tomatillo dressing and my husband was rushing me so he could check out. I hung out after he and my son left and told the cashier that I wanted the tomatillo ranch but my husband had already paid. It was $0.50 more and we didn’t have cash The cashier brought my order to me because I had to wait for the honey butter shrimp (delicious!). My husband asked if they could do the dressing since I didn’t get any of the other toppings. The cashier brought me the dressing Thank you for that!

I went for lunch to this location. I ordered a salad and the server put so little rice and chicken, that I had to ask her to put a little more.. you could see through to the bottom of my plate. Upon asking her to put a little more, she told me that she would charge me extra for both and put in three more tiny pieces of chicken.
I ended up having to pay $1.39 extra for a measly spoonful of rice and $2.49 for three little pieces of chicken.. I’ve been here before and I love Costa Visa, but this has happened multiple times to me, so I need to leave a review as this is so disappointing and frustrating every time I come here. Might as well cook my own huge tray of chicken from home and add it to my own salad than spend an extra almost three dollars for three little slices of chicken that I could fit on one spoonful.. mind you, I didn’t order a tortilla with the salad and I got a size small salad..
