Delicious, as always. My go to is chicken small salad. New meal deals that are cheaper. Mango and strawberries on top of tres leches. Burritos are popular. One star less because it was slow to get through the line

Food is great. Staff is mean and inconsistent. The girl with the nose ring must hate her job because she sure acts like it. The blonde chick tried to charge me for a $18 bowl that was the size of my palm.. for half grilled chicken and half steak. After I confronted her, she apologized. I’m leaving unsatisfied. 1/6 times I’ve been the staff was actually nice! If you don’t like/want to work and serve customers. Don’t work there. Simple.

Got a salad and it was so spicy I couldn’t finish it. I didn’t get anything spicy on the salad that I know of not even pico. I think they make there rice with some nasty hot peppers in it which is sad because not all of us like spicy. This isn’t the first time I’ve ran into this problem so I think I’ll go somewhere else from now on.

We usually love Costa Vida and enjoy conversing with the people working. This was not the case this time. We showed up an hour before closing and they said they didn’t have anymore tortillas so we settled on getting bowls. They gave us the tiniest bowls with the smallest scoops. We had to ask for extra meat to even get a decent amount. The people working made it known that they were inconvenienced by our presence. We could have went to Cafe Rio, Qdoba, or Chipolte and gotten a bigger bowl with at least twice the amount of food.

Came in for a quick dinner after work the young lady susan I believe was very friendly. Great job the rest of the staff seemed very excited and enjoyed their job. Thank you for providing an amazing service if we can give 10 stars I would.

They give a military discount year-round and their food is off the charts. They beat their competition Cafe Rio. Their serving sizes are significantly better for the same price or better. They also have things on the menu you cannot get anywhere else. Their customer service is amazing and you can get through the lines significantly faster than their “competitor” Cafe Rio. The staff there is exceptionally nice and it’s a pleasure seeing their smiling faces each time I go through the line. Last lead the rewards program far exceeds Cafe Rios.

The staff is very friendly and inviting as well as their ambiance. It has more of a beachy feel than anything else. My food was prepared quickly and tasted really good. Only reason I give them 4 stars is it didn’t really wow me it was just kind of everyday food.

The ONLY reason this places gets even a 2 star is because the people who worked there were pleasant and I don’t blame them. The food is horribly bland. I got a mild green sauce on my burrito and it literally tastes like they ground up cilantro and a lime together, The flavor was atrociously bitter. The onions and lettuce I had to get on the side instead of inside of the burrito meaning I had to rip my burrito open to put them in it which tore the tortilla apart. What an absolute waste of $25.
The store itself was so loud I had to ask the lady behind the counter numerous times what she said. I won’t be back.
