I love Costa Messa!!!! I’ve been to both locations, and love it. They have delicious salsas, and they are truly amazing to snack on! Not every Mexican restaurant has good salsas, so this one is a five in salsas! That tells me I need to return. A Mexican restaurant with just okay salsas is not one I tend to remember. Anyhow, this restaurant is my favorite Mexican restaurant in the valley. I highly recommend it. They have great appetizers, too. Pictured here are the Shrimp Queso and the Chicken Chimichanga, both a five in my opinion! The Shrimp & Queso has onions and green peppers! And they bring you tortillas of your choice, flour or corn. They tacos will rock your world. The Chimichanga has an option of one beef and one chicken or both of one kind. It comes with guacamole and lettuce. Their coffee is amazing! I always order coffee because they truly have great coffee. In fact, this is one coffee you won’t need sugar with and has excellent taste. I will always return to this restaurant at least once a month. I definitely recommend it.

Had the alambre tacos. The portions were HUGE and the food very good. Guacamole was great, and the frozen margarita was strong and only 4$ because of happy hour. The food came with flour and corn tortilla chips. Will definitely be going back for the 4$ margaritas. Hector our server was good and attentive

Costa Messas Botanas have changed in food quality since expanding from its original location. Botanas are pricier than other restaurants and in my opinion less tasty, so Botanas are not my go to here. The chips and 3 salsas they give at the beginning are delicious. My go to is the shrimp cocktail. At $12 for the small, its a great price and the best I have tasted from the Valley to San Antonio.

We had a nice evening meal at Costa Mesa. It’s a popular place so we had a little wait before being seated but we were a group of six with no reservation. I had the street tacos and they were good. My wife tried the chipotle chicken tacos and loved them. She also tried the frozen lime margarita, which was also tasty. Every one enjoyed their meal and the portions were large. It was a very festive atmosphere and our server, Margarito, was excellent.

I had dinner here with a colleague. The atmosphere in the bar area was great and our server was patient with our lack of Spanish. The service was exemplary. We got the guac and it tasted great plus the portion was huge! The prices are very fair. Highly recommend.
