Cosmos Restaurant has been serving the community for over 40 years. Cosmos was founded by John and Elena Alexopoulos, and opened on April 1st of 1981. We have been serving our patrons our family’s favorite time honored recipes ever since. Had dinner at Cosmos Restaurant the other night and honestly it was such a good experience the atmosphere is super cozy and modern at the same time the lighting and music make it feel really relaxed the food was amazing everything tasted fresh and full of flavor I tried their grilled salmon and it was cooked perfectly the service was friendly and fast too not too pricey either which was a nice surprise overall a really great place to eat and unwind would totally recommend it

This was a great location conveniently located. I had Blueberry Pancakes, Scrambked Eggs, Canadian Bacon, Home Fries, and Wheat Toast. The food was tasteful and it was a pleasant experience. The person that served us was kind and the portions were decent. The food reheats well.

Had lunch here with my wife and my son and overall it was an enjoyable experience. My son got a massive crab cake sandwich that was as big as his head. My wife ordered the mozzarella sticks and a chicken ceaser wrap which she really liked. I ordered the crazy greek fries which were very good. The only reason this place received 4 stars from me was the grilled ruben deluxe sandwich I ordered was very bland I didn’t enjoy it at all but other than that it was a very nice establishment to sit down for lunch. I’ll definitely go back but only to try some other options on the menu.

Stopped by for dinner one night after searching around for good local family diners in and around Newark and Wilmington Delaware. Glad to have found this place. Have returned here 4 times since. The place offers a friendly, homely and cosy dining experience and the staff was very helpful and courteous. Enjoyed the chicken croquettes, chicken steak, wings, salad and plenty of other things. I am pretty sure you won’t be disappointed. Would definitely recommend this place if you are in the area.

Delicious food, and fast service. But, they need discounts for military, that has served their country. The cashier, said my dad needs to be in his uniform to receive military discount. My father served in the army, and since he wasn’t in his uniform, he didn’t get a discount. REALLY.

Used to love this place. Our last trip it was a chore to even get anyone to greet us, though several looked up from their phones and saw us. When we were finally seated we waited almost 10 minutes for the server to even know she had a table. The roast beef was extremely well done and dry. The gravy on it had a skin from sitting in the window for a while. Too many other places to go than to settle for service like that.

The service was great! The food was delicious. We had stuffed salmon and smothered liver with onions. Took dessert home, and that was delicious as well (banana cream pie and plain cheesecake).

Our server, Vicki, was terrific. She did a great job with our special instructions and checked on frequently, but not too much! The food was outstanding. Cosmos is a favorite for an “anytime” meal out.
