I truly enjoyed my visit here. I’ve been looking for a great burger experience since my favorite one in Carlsbad closed years ago. Nephew took me here and told me to try it out and it did not disappoint. Came in at a perfect timing as it wasn’t crowded in the afternoon. I enjoyed my meal and the Burger is just tender juicy good. Reasonable price and something I will definitely go back for. It was very neat inside and the colorful design of the store is just vibrant and inviting. Great service as well. Everything was excellent! My husband got the spicy jam burger, I got the truffle burger, and we shared the monkey fries. Highly recommend all 3! The food was delicious, burgers were super juicy and flavorful, and the fries were unique and so good! Everything was fresh, cooked perfectly, and presented nicely. The staff was very welcoming and attentive, and our food came out quickly. We’re looking forward to coming back!

The spicy jam burger was pretty good. It was a unique style that I hadn’t seen before, so definitely worth a try. It was a bit sweet and kinda underwhelming for my taste, but still enjoyable.
Fried cauliflower and the fries+onion rings were a good addition. The burger filled me up, but it’s always nice to have some sides, which have to be ordered additionally. They also serve draft beer, which is a plus.

If you’re feeling like a super well made smash burger, look no further than Cosmos! It can get busy here during rush times but you are always guaranteed an amazing fresh, gooey cheeseburger with caramelized onions. We usually get the onion rings which are fresh and perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
The staff is super friendly and accommodating.
Parking can be tough as this is a main drag but if you go up one of the side streets there is plenty of street parking.

Went to try Cosmos out a week ago and really loved it. Walk up counter order service was great. They have a few bar seats at the counter and a small amount of indoor seating. We got in right before the lunch rush we hitch was lucky since Line started forming right after we sat down. Food is brought to your table promptly. We got the truffle fries, Blue Cheese burger and bbq chicken tenders. Tenders were MASSIVE and CRUNCHY. Some of the best tenders ever and I can’t wait to go back and try the other varieties. Burger was good, bread was soft and flavorful. Great variety of burgers on the menu. Truffle fries were crunchy and fresh with lots of Parmesan shredded on top. My wife also got a lavender lemonade which was tasty. Cosmos is a great addition to Downtown Oside and we will most definitely be back to try the rest

The spicy jam burger is my jam! chef’s kiss cuz gosh dang it was delicious. It has a crispy crunchy slice of cheese in it. Went for the first time with friends. The blue cheese burger was pretty tasty as well and I don’t even like blue cheese like that. The monkey fries were good but not something I would order again. Almost thier spin on animal fries. I’ll just order the jam burger twice instead. I got the lavender lemonade as well, had me feeling lovely, even tho I got burger juice all over the place. It’s pricey for what I got, 2 burgers, one monkey fry, two drinks it was $50. I mean it’s downtown so not a surprise, wish it was a wee bit cheaper because I can’t be going broke out here for a delicious burger lol.

We were in the area and I was trying to find vegetarian food. And this place was a miss for me. The Vegetarian Patty was basically a huge hard cut piece of Cauliflower that they breaded and added spice too. In a huge brioche type bun. The cauliflower wasn’t even tender, so it was hard to eat. And I hate when everyone thinks you have to make vegetables spicy to taste good. If you just cook them right, they are awesome. This was way too many different textures and tastes. I only ate have my “burger” and tossed the rest.
The plus, the coleslaw I ordered was very tasty. So were the tater tots.
My husband did like his Better than Mac burger. He prefers the smash type burgers. So it was a win for him!
I suggest for the vegetarian burger to make a think patty that is easier to eat.
Portions were huge so share sides.

It was an ok experience. My burger took over 20 minutes to come out. I had the spicy jam burger. A little too greasy for me and salty. The burger was dripping and my fingers were full of grease with a salty patty. It was ok overall. Great location and friendly staff.
