I really love good BBQ.. tried Cosmic Cowboy BBQ and it was really good. Quick service and reasonable prices. Had the 3 meat tray with pork, ribs, and brisket.. The two sides were loaded potato salad and slaw. It was all very good. Ribs fell off the bone, the brisket and the ribs were well seasoned but not over seasoned. The brisket was super tender and best I have had in Statesboro. Pork was also good. Really enjoyed the slaw and potato salad. Only downside is no inside dining.. Got a big tent and tables but in August that is a little warm, otherwise it would have been 5 stars. I got it to go and ate at home. Will definitely go back.

This place is legit!! I was blown away by how good this was. I got the 4 meat tray to try a little of everything, and I was not disappointed. Best brisket in town, and the jalapeño cheddar sausage is amazing too. The ribs and pulled pork are also top notch. Definitely give this place a try, you won’t regret it.

These guys have taken Statesboro by surprise with these ribs. The entire menu is amazing. But these ribs are the best in the boro . The atmosphere has been outstanding. We enjoy sitting outside beside the grill enjoying the smell of southern BBQ cooking . It’s just what Statesboro needed. Y’all go check them out you will not be disappointed .

Best Brisket in the area! Love the chicken and their smoked sausage…my 3-meat plate equals 2 meals! Collard greens are seasoned perfectly! Love to see this place as a sit down restaurant! Love the food albit a little pricey!

I came on Saturday and ordered the brisket plate with corn casserole and Brunswick stew. Sammy took my order and was very helpful with deciding between the two choices of brisket they offer. Everything was very flavorful and prepared with love!

This is the best BBQ in Statesboro period. They make the other places look like the McRib. The smoked burger is about the best burger I’ve ever had away from home, and the Georgia Red sauce is so good.

I ordered the ribs. They were delicious by themselves but I dipped them in the vinegar based sauce that added an extra zest that was superb! I had a side of delicious Mac and cheese and the greens that were cooked perfectly. Do yourself a favor and give it a try…. You won’t be disappointed!

The food here was amazing. We got the burger, beef rib, jalapeño sausage, cornbread casserole, collards, Mac n cheese and banana pudding. Everything was delicious and the beef rib special was unreal! The pickles, jalapeños and picked onions on the side were also a great accompaniment that came with all the plates. This sets the bar for bbq and is truly unlike anyplace in the area. I would highly recommend!
