Made from scratch lasagna and French dip. The softest bread youve ever had. Annnnnd they have a personal market next door. Man bye. The fricken cheesecake was the best I ever had in my life. Tried the Fireball sandwich and it was really good — definitely flavorful and worth trying. I did ask for a little extra pepperoncini and was surprised to be charged for it, especially since the sandwiches are already on the pricier side compared to other places.
I called ahead to place my order but still ended up waiting about 15 minutes, which was a bit frustrating. The store is small and always packed, so that probably contributes to the wait. Customer service isn’t the best, but it’s still alright overall.
I’d come back again if I’m in the area, mainly for the food.

Food was delicious. The market has everything you need to prepare a great Italian dinner. The atmosphere in the restaurant was great very family vibe. Bought some pastries and the service at the market was much friendlier than the girls at the restaurant side.

Have never had a bad experience at Cortina’s. Was talking with one of my students about a food reviewer that I watch and had suggested he go to Cortina’s to get the Rocky Balboa, my favorite sandwich. Watching his review made me want to go to get a Rocky Balboa and it was everything I love about it. The cashier was polite and very warm in welcoming me. Sandwich was as always a 100/10. Dipping the sandwich in the au jus just elevates the flavor of the Balboa. Also tried the cheesesteak and I have to say, I was really impressed. Lots of meat piled into the bread, cheesy and juicy. I will never stop loving Cortina’s.

Hi went here earlier today for a large Cortina’s special sandwich & a fountain soda to drink @ the restaurant part of Corina’s delicious it’s been months since I’ve last gone here & then I went next door to the market for Italian sweets & hot calabrese salami too . Friendly , great service, great staff, great atmosphere, & delicious foods too both from the restaurant & market too.

Everything here is imported and I just love it! I have tried the pastas and sauces and everything always tastes great. The customer service is top notch. You grab a number and you get helped right away. I have never waited more than 5 minutes at a time. The Monterey Jack teas is delicious and the dough they sell for the empanadas is great. Thank you Cortinas for reopening

A “must stop” for us when we are in the Anaheim area! High quality, delicious Italian food. The pizza is scrumptious, pasta were delectable, and the cannoli’s were the perfect finish. The adjoining Italian market is beautiful! Enjoyed the desserts and pastries there as well.

This is the only place in Orange County I want a sandwich from. On top of that, their Pizza and Italian dishes are phenomenal. Start with the sandwiches: bread is perfectly crunchy on the outside and fluffy on the inside and tastes fresh. It has just the right amount of tangy sourdough flavor and soaks up with oil and dressing without getting soggy. The stuffings on any of these bad boys are always fresh and always constructed like someone took a second with each slice to arrange it like they care what the sandwich will taste like. This is no Subway, folks.
Pizza: red sauce is exquisite and tastes FRESH like it was made right before they served it. Like there’s a little old Italian lady back there slapping peoples hands away from the pot as she stirs. The crust also, is airy and light and the same taste of beautifully baked bread. Perfect crunch on the bottom, perfect chew on the top. That’s enough for one review.
