Bit of a cheesesteak photo shoot with this one, but this one was really good, one of the best I’ve had in a while. We all know a great cheesesteak starts with the bread and this one had it. Soft and pillowy inside and a nice crust on the outside, not too hard though, just right.
I had it with fried onions and a cooper sharp/provolone cheese combo (my choice). The meat was seasoned perfectly, no fat/gristle to deal with, this one really hit the spot. If you’ve never been here, I highly recommend checking them out. If you have been there before, check ‘em out again sometime soon as this is a new style bread they are moving towards and it is a home run in my book.

Don’t know why this place gets hate. Cheesesteaks are great. The seeded bread is fantastic and fresh. The thin sliced ribeye to cooper sharp cheese ratio is spot on. However, the meat was a little dry. The cheesesteaks and the fries come out piping hot. Fries salted perfectly. Go check this place out you wont be disappointed!

And let me tell you it did not disappoint!
Steak was perfectly seasoned plenty of cheese and the seeded bread was just the cherry on top!!

I ordered 2 chocolate milkshakes and me and my sister both agreed that they tasted strongly of banana – which is weird because they don’t even have banana milkshakes on their menu. It was unmistakably banana though – both of them smelled and tasted like banana to the point where they were inedible. We called back to see if they had made a mistake and would be willing to give us the right milkshake and they did not even apologize, much less give us a refund and/or new shakes. The guy just explained to me how they make their milkshakes with only milk and chocolate. I understand how a chocolate milkshake is supposed to be made, sir – I’m telling you that these had an overpowering banana taste to them. It was a frustrating experience because these shakes were not cheap – about $17-18 for both – and we had to throw them away after barely even drinking any of them. On a different note, the cheesesteaks were phenomenal and the fries are good too. We will probably order here again in the future but definitely not the milkshakes.
Edit: I added a picture to show that you can see the banana (in the upper layer). Not sure how this happened but we are not crazy

Different Cheesesteak #1207. I got a cheesesteak with fried onions and mushrooms. I had high hopes for this place. Their sign says they have a gourmet food truck and gourmet food. I get mushrooms on my cheesesteak because good mushrooms complement good steak. I liked the meat. It was on a good roll. There was a very good amount of cheese. It was mixed well with the meat. The fried onions and mushrooms were on top of the cheesesteak. I am not a fan of that. I don’t think the mushrooms lived up to their gourmet billing. I liked the customer table/counter enough to take a picture.

We were visiting friends in Haddonfield this weekend and stopped by Corson’s for cheesesteaks — and wow, they were fantastic! Perfectly grilled steak, melted cheese, fresh roll — absolutely delicious from first bite to last. The staff was friendly, the portions generous, and you can tell they take pride in what they serve.
If you’re anywhere near Haddonfield, do yourself a favor and grab a cheesesteak from Corson’s — it’s easily one of the best we’ve ever had!

As you can tell the cheesesteak looked amazing but was deceiving in my opinion. For one, it was extremely salty. Secondly, the meat was tough and had a weird gamey taste. I can’t explain it. I would have enjoyed the chicken Parm sandwich if they wouldn’t have forgotten the red gravy and not put Mayo on it. I’m unsure if I would order again.

Sandwich shop with house made seeded and non seeded rolls, which were delicious. Thick cut cheesesteak meat with perfectly cooked fried onions. Definitely a different style than the normal cheesesteak which is well chopped up. Meatball parm was tasty as well, could have used a littlebit more sauce. The fries weren’t par boiled or fried enough because they weren’t cooked enough and were still crispy inside.

PSA – Some of these reviews are biased. They have a sign posted in the store saying they’ll give you free food if you leave a Google review in front of them…
With that being said – My family and I ordered 2 cheesesteaks from Corson’s last Friday, however, we won’t be returning. We ordered 2 cheesesteaks with toppings (that we paid extra for), however, they were not included. The steak was thick, chewy and didn’t have any flavor. The bread was also hard like it was stale. I’m a huge cheesesteak fan and we live nearby, so I was hoping for a better outcome, but I ended up throwing most of my cheesesteak away. We won’t be returning.

Great cheese steak! SOOOO much meat! Lots of cheese! And a great bun! The ONLY reason this is a 4 star is because I’m not a fan of big chunks of steak, I prefer mine cut into thin, small slices. That is all!
Fries were… different, I prefer them crispy but I can see why some people like them cooked that way.
Easily one of the biggest cheese steaks I’ve ever had, and I’ve had a lot!
No reason not to eat here, give it a try!
