We had a lovely time at Corsica! The manager, James, was incredibly welcoming when we arrived. Even though we had to wait for our table, he kept us updated and was so kind throughout our entire dining experience.
Our server, Will, was knowledgeable about the menu and very accommodating with my friend’s allergies. He had great suggestions for both dishes and wines. The bolognese was a standout, we also loved the copa and the brussels sprouts.

Had a great brunch here, which is a rarity for us in Denver. The atmosphere is sort of upscale but homey and warm at the same time. Drinks were killer and unique. We got a ton of small plates. Particular favorites were the ricotta toast, the gigante beans, and the fritteli (little donuts).

Matthew is an attentive, kind, and fabulous server that took great care of our table. Will continue to be a staple favorite for a weeknight go to.

What a beautiful, delicious and unforgettable birthday meal at Corsica! Our server was wonderful and spoiled us throughout. Everything was spot on, and you can’t beat the wine bottle deal on Sundays! Don’t skip the charcuterie board or mushroom arancini! Can’t wait to go back!

Oh my God I cannot say enough about this restaurant! There was not a single morsel of food that went in my mouth that was not as amazing as the next. The Pain Perdue had a perfect soft simple flavor that was not too sweet. The Beef Babette was absolutely unbelievably tender and flavorful and paired with the Farro risotto could absolutely be a meal all on its own. The broccoli Caesar salad had a beautiful flavor and fabulous crunch! The Rosa Aperitif, the espresso martini! I look forward to returning to Denver just for this restaurant! #40thfriendversary

Corsica is incredible! The vibe is amazing- great lighting and ambiance. The food is beautiful- such complex and exciting flavors. The highlights were the beets and the carrots, and we’re not even vegetarians! Also the beef babette was so yummy too with a very flavorful sauce. The drink menu has lovely options for everyone- from European wines to thoughtfully crafted cocktails.
James, the manager, was truly the best part! He helped us through the menu, recommended amazing dishes, and was so accommodating and kind.

I’m really not sure why, or maybe the staff could just tell that we’ve had a very stressful day, but the service went above and beyond. There were a few pockets were it took awhile to put more food in or receive orders, but thats to be expected on a busy night and over all we felt well taken care of.
I’ve been here before but my friend had not. We put in a few small plates to start. While we waited someone walked by and asked if we wanted a free basket of fries which were delicious. Every single thing we ordered was excellent. I can’t recommend the Gemelli ‘Cacio e Pepe’ enough! It was so delicious we almost got seconds! Grilled shrimp was great too.
When it came to deserts they recommended to pair the tiramisu with the creme brulee, but we only ordered one. They ended up bringing both with the waiter comping one of them. Both managers also said hi at one point as they passed.
For a busy Saturday night I think the staff handled it well and prioritized guests, sometimes taking orders while one hand was full with dishes (impressive!)
The only down side was how loud it got and the few times we waited in between orders but it wasn’t bad at all. This place is so cute and I’ll definitely be coming in more often.

10/10. Im not even kidding when I say everything from the convenient (paid) parking lot, the hostess, wait staff, was an absolute TEN. Brandon waited on us and he was so a gem. So personable and attentive. The food was absolutely amazing. If it seems like a weird combo (i.e. rosemary in the almond cake, bay leaf in the creme brûlée) TRY IT!!!
