Corsa was created to capture the rustic and laid-back vibe of Jackson Hole, while nodding to authentic trattorias in the Italian Alps. Utilizing the highest quality fresh and local produce, Corsa’s menu reflects a vision that honors traditional Italian dishes to deliver classics with a modern spin. Many plates are meant to be shared, creating a warm and convivial atmosphere in the main dining room. Pizza will take center stage at Corsa, where guests will enjoy Neapolitan style pies with thin, bubble crust and fresh mozzarella.

Corsa is a super nice restaurant, but not pretentious. I didn’t pack any dress clothes and wore my nice Alo athlesuire fit there because that’s all I had with me. I wasn’t expecting to dine anywhere nice while visiting. The food was amazing, especially that shrimp toast. It even tasted good cold the next morning, then we went back the next night for more! The cornbread was good, but not a true southern corn bread. The whipped ricotta was great and the bread was perfect. It was a good combination of savory and sweet. The pasta alla vodka was pretty great and I would recommend that over the pizza. We got a side of garlic green beans, which I also recommend if you’re into greeen beans. Our waitress, Casey, made our night. She was welcoming, gave us the best recommendations and coursed everything out perfectly. She put so much thought into each course and what would be better to keep for the next day. At the end of dinner, she gave me a list of recommendations of places to shop, trails worth hiking, and her favorite spots in town. I would come back to Corsa just to hang out Casey again, she was that amazing of a person. If you’re in Jackson Hole, I highly recommend this 10/10 restaurant and ask for Casey!

We absolutely loved the cozy yet trendy vibe of this place! The burrata peach salad was a standout, and the seasonal tart for dessert was the perfect ending. Casey took such great care of us and gave us some awesome recommendations. When we mentioned we had just gotten engaged, she was so sweet and surprised us with a complimentary champagne toast to celebrate. Such a kind touch! We’d definitely come back again.

I had an incredible experience this week hosting a dinner for 9 people at Corsa. From the first call to set up the reservation to the friendly “good nights” from staff as we left, the evening was amazing! We started with cocktails and appetizers, the Bruschetta Di Capra was delicious, easily shared around the table, and a huge hit with everyone! We had a variety of entrees, from pizza to pasta to Chicken Pilaf (mine) and every plate was clean at the end! Our server was attentive and brought fresh drinks and checked in regularly. Make sure to save room for desert because they have a sticky toffee on the menu that is awesome!
All around great experience! Very warm and inviting atmosphere, with warm fireplaces and views of the slopes and Tram at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. I highly recommend making a reservation and checking it out for yourself!

The tiny martini glasses are a no go. Just ask for a double in a larger glass. The service, staff, food, atmosphere was exceptional. Antony and Adrian were probably some of the best servers for our table of 7. Very highly recommend.

We made a reservation for early dinner at 5:45pm. First they sat us out on the patio area with a completely different ambiance. We asked to be seated in the main area and they agreed. We ordered 2 pizzas which according to the waitress would be brought out as soon as they came out of the oven. Right around us 3 other parties were seated, ordered their food well after we did and received their food well before us. When we gently made the waitress aware of the situation, instead of saying “sorry we will make it right” she rudely said “your food is over there – pointing the counter in front of the pizza oven”….which wasn’t even true. By the time the pizzas showed up we had been in the restaurant for over 1hr already. The manager never came to our table to apologize. The waitresss later said that they would not charge us for the food but she said it in a way that was really insulting. We refused and paid for what we had for dinner. This was by far the worst restaurant experience I’ve had for a long time….I just read similar reviews about this place….I hope the owners know what’s going on. Making a mistake with the orders is acceptable but being rude and not acknowledging your mistake is not acceptable.

Corsa is the best! I’ve dined in with coworkers for a relaxed lunch on the patio and also for a romantic dinner near the cozy little fireplace. The staff is super down-to-earth and the atmosphere is gorgeous. Most importantly however the food is top-notch. The house-made pasta can’t be beat. The attention to detail regarding spices, herbs and presentation are wonderful. I highly recommend Corsa and applaud them for their quality Italian restaurant.
Note: The space can be busy and although I’ve dined in as a walk-in, making a reservation is the safest best.

My group of 6 ended our birthday celebration lunch with the RUDEST interaction with the manager Evan about a an early season promotion (a season-long token for a $10 burger). We are locals and we came to Corsa because of this deal, and we asked about it at the beginning of lunch when we ordered 5 burgers specifically for the promotion.
Our waitress told us that we could get the promotion at the end of our meal when we paid. But when we went to pay, she said the promotion no longer available. We asked to speak with the manager, Evan. He came to our table and was incredibly rude, making up excuse after excuse while wearing a fake smile.
He told us that too many people showed up today so he stopped giving out the tokens so that he would have them available for the next few days. The Instagram post says that they’re available until they are gone. If Corsa intended to give out a certain number each day over several days, then they should’ve made that clear in their promotions. He told us to come back tomorrow when the tokens might be available. We asked him to clarify if he was saying that he would give us the tokens if we came the next day or if we had to order a new meal. This was by far the weirdest of the weird part of our conversation because he told us that he wasn’t sure what he would do for us the next day. He said it was his discretion about how to manage the promotion (the hubris!). At this point, we stopped talking to him and told him that we were going to reach out to the general manager.
Corsa posted about the promotion one hour before our reservation time (I took the attached screenshot after leaving the restaurant). It’s bad marketing and bad customer service to not honor a promotion that was advertised during the same day and same seating (lunch) when we tried to use it. The post from the day before says nothing about a limited supply.
I can’t get over the feeling that this manager is a snake in the grass. No business should want a person like that in a managment (or staff) role. We left what had been a lovely birthday lunch with a very bad taste in our mouth.
Up until this point, I have been a huge fan of Corsa. I consistently say that it’s the best food and Teton Village and it has a really great design and vibe. We always take our family and guests visiting from out of town there for a special meal. It honestly makes it that much sadder that we had a bad experience.

10/10 experience! We had cozy seating on the couch next to the fireplace.
Food was incredible.
The octopus was so good we came back the next night for a pre-dinner snack lol. Steak was cooked to perfection, scallops were buttery.
Wine selection is great and Moscow mules are served in a copper cup – love it!
Bartender, Sean, provided phenomenal service.
We look forward to coming back!

Absolute pleasure Garrett was one of the best bartenders I have ever encountered extremely knowledgeable and such a great guy! Christine was a sweetheart as well. We loved it! Couldn’t recommended any more!

Let me tell you…. We came here 3 days in a row. That’s how incredible this restaurant is. It’s the only place to eat at the base of the mountain. If you want a truly delicious and fancy lunch look no further.the chilli, pizza and chopped salad are 10/10.
