I’m not the type to ever leave reviews but the service at this location is horrible. Last time I was here there was half an eggs worth of egg shell in my burrito. Today, I ordered corn burritos and they had put the cheese on the side(not what I thought I ordered). I asked for it to be corrected and she literally just dumped the cold cheese from the side on top of them and handed it back to me. It wasn’t busy. I was the only customer in there. It would’ve taken 3 minutes to remake them properly. Super disappointing, this place just isn’t what it used to be. After decades of supporting all 3 locations, I won’t ever be returning.

Noticed the open sign hanging from their window was on, door wide open, people walking in and out, picking up take-out, and people dining in. Seems normal right? Except the cashier said they were “closed”. I just said “okay” turned around and walked out, but I’m left wondering exactly why they would be closed on a Sunday, but their business seemed to be open?
Still confused as to what exactly happened but definitely won’t be going back, weird vibes.

Edit: to the owner/person replying to reviews- I truly appreciate the time you took to write out a thoughtful response. I’m not sure if I missed the hours of operation sign, but I completely understand if I was there past operation hours. To be fair, I’m pretty sure it was close to three but didn’t see any signs indicating business hours. Ive updated my review to reflect my mistake

Ordered breakfast burritos over the phone, got a text my order was ready as I was parking. I go in hostess tells me food isn’t ready even though she “read” the names on the bag. After 10 mins I see it is my name on one of the bags that had been sitting there since I walked in and let her know. She was extremely rude, told me “should be” when I asked if there was salsa in the bag cause I didn’t see it on top where it usually is. There was no salsa and she was upset and muttering things as she walked to the back again and handed me salsas like I was inundating her with requests. The food was cold obviously when I got home. I won’t be back due to the service.

Amazing amazing amazing! The food is so delicious! I had the green beef burrito and it was to die for! I highly recommend it! The owner is incredibly friendly and made us feel at home.

I only put two stars because it actually tasted good but it was mostly rice in a burrito. 12.88 is pretty pricey for a burrito with mostly rice. is pretty pricey for a burrito with mostly rice.

Consistently good food at a reasonable price. I ordered 3 tacos, but there was a special. She sold me 4 great carnitas tacos for less than the price of 3. Very kind. As a bonus there is a great coffee shop next door Win Win.

We live walking distance from here and really wish we had had a good experience but our to-go order was wrong — no chicken in the chicken quesadilla, my chicken burrito had undercooked chicken in it, too. Service? An ipad like device to take your order, which is fine, but then to be prompted to tip starting at 18% for an order I just entered myself? Wow… Won’t go back.

I had a lot of hope heading in. The staff was good. The restaurant was clean. But the food was HORRIBLE. At no fault of the staff. Very much not worth the price. I got El Pastor enchiladas. The food had all the wrong flavors, the pastor was crazy dry and felt like it was cooked with food coloring as the main ingredient. The enchilada sauce was more of a bad tomato paste, the rice and beans were cooked well but very bland. It’s been 2 hours since I ate there and I keep burping up the regret and wasted money that was involved in this. Go somewhere else. Your acid reflux will thank you later.

I love their chicken enchiladas here but their Carne Asad burrito meat had too much of chewy meats.. other than that I liked their style of burritos esp burrito jalisco. Tacos are good also. Sauces are good
