The food was absolutely amazing. The meat was by far the best I’ve had in a local Mexican restaurant so far. The homemade hot sauce was absolutely amazing!! I had the opportunity of meeting the owner, what a standup guy. Made my family and I feel right at home. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who is craving some home cooked Mexican food!!

Idk how this is Mexican rice, this rice is extremely soft, mushy, and white. Terrible service he didn’t have my order ready, didn’t get my order correct. And served my dip in a container like the picture. Never going here again

We selected this cute place based on the reviews posted and we were so happy we did. It’s a perfectly sized, well decorated and full service restaurant. There is a nice bar area and the dining room is fun and welcoming. The owner is a great guy that greeted us and was attentive to every request. The food was delivered promptly and quickly. We had the lunch special chicken quesadilla, veggie paella and veggie burrito. The veggies were fresh, grilled
perfect and the chicken was grilled and shredded, also good. Everything was delicious! They also have house made hot sauce which is a do not miss. I wish we lived closer (we were passing through) as I can’t wait to go back and try more of their amazing choices.

I’m only giving 2 stars because there was literally only one waiter and he was doing his best. We came from lacrosse to try this place and we were pretty disappointed. The salsa was really watered down, it looked like they were putting water in their salsa jars to stretch out to last and it had 0 flavor. Basically tomato water and the chips you could tell were home made but they weren’t fresh. My partner asked for ground beef in his burrito and they gave him shredded instead and I asked for corn tortillas and they gave me flower.
I’m not sure if it was because we went on an off day but we definitely feel like it was a waste of money.
They should however serve the mango salsa as the regular salsa in the table bc it was really good.
