Wasn’t super hungry but had a delicious meal here nonetheless. Portions sizes are very hearty. Ordered the grilled octopus, steamed mussels, and a delicious pan fried fresh fish special. The dessert was decadent with a cheesecake and chocolate cake. Service was quick and friendly while the food came out pretty hot and fast as well. Not very crowded when we went on a weekend during dinner time. Plenty of parking.

Had a really pleasant lunch at Cornetta’s today! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with a great view of the river. The staff is very nice and accommodating. Everyone at my table enjoyed their meals. The only downside was in my meal where I was eating my shrimp and scallops around a sauce that was 90% oil, and skipped eating most of the pasta.

What a nice quiet place. The location in the Hudson River is awesome. There is an outdoor dining area and a full formal dining room. Both areas have full bars. The is a private lot in the back. Food was awesome and service was not rushed but very attentive. Definitely a go to place.

Nice restaurant that features both inside ambience and outside waterfront dining, we chose the outside area that was equipped with a full bar and kitchen and had a nice diverse collection of people.
Bread to start was really good, our table got appetizers, mussels, clams, and shrimp cocktail.
The main dishes were absolutely amazing, no one had anything negative to say about anything. We ordered 7 different main dishes so it’s safe to say their entire menu is worth trying.
Drinks were made really well and also served in big cups, since made with top shelf alcohol that was a plus as well. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to try something new or to go to a place with great food & drink.

The food, atmosphere and staff were amazing. Byron was the waiter who served us and he was very attentive, kind, and quick. I recommend the fried fish sandwich and the salmon. SO GOOD! the view of the Hudson was a nice touch to a satisfying lunch. The food is worth every penny.

We had such a great experience here celebrating our daughter’s Sweet 16 with a party of 9. Food was delicious! Our server was so attentive and kind, always paying extra special attention to the birthday girl. The scallops were amazing and I am extremely hard to please when it comes to scallops not made at home. We brought in a cake and they server it with a surprise side of fresh strawberries!

Had a great dinner here recently. The service was good, they were also very child-friendly which is so nice to see.
Calamari was incredible, some of the best I’ve had. Scallops were good, truffle fries delicious. The mains were nice but I personally preferred the appetizers.

We go to Cornetta’s 3-4 times a year on average for birthdays and anniversaries – usually a party of 6 to 8 people or more, for 30-35 years and 2 generations now. We have always enjoyed the food, but the past 12-14 months the food quality and taste has gradually gone down hill. This past weekend was the worst. They served us uncooked salmon for everyone that ordered it (half our table) that we had to return, the sauce tasted weird too and different.. Branzino was tiny compared to previous times and not much taste/seasoning to it either, steak was medium-rare when medium-well was ordered, Greek salads came with no olive oil and completely dry, and no oil on the side or any dressing.. Red Snapper was dark, hard and like chewing rubber (like it was frozen for a long time but tasted nothing like say Florida/east coast red snapper) – returned it. Mashed potatoes had very little milk or cream in them and tasted watery. Chicken Parm was average/below-avg. reported by the birthday boy.. My wife’s crab-stuffing in the shrimp had a very strong fishy taste & smell that overtook us all.. and she had to remove it all to eat the shrimp. I don’t know what’s going on with this place. The only thing that remained good was the Calamari – tender and tasty as usual, but that was it. But for $35-$40/plate no one in our party was satisfied. We will be looking for a new place for our birthdays and anniversaries, and probably go to Gilligan’s more for fresh fish, even though the atmosphere is not as good, they do have the freshest fish in Rockland and they always cook it perfectly.

The food was good, the atmosphere was OK, and the prices where city like. The drinks were also OK. My friend told me this place was amazing, but even he said that it wasn’t their best day. The service was good. I would probably just go to Basque Tapas down the road to dine in Piermont.
