Definitely not my favorite pizza in the area but the crust is better than most the chain pizza places though. Just lacked flavor. And what was the deal with the super fine crumbly sausage that tasted like nothing and had zero texture? Meh, at best.

I started eating Cornersburg pizza, when I was 16, and I am 74 now. I live in Columbus, Ohio 3 hours away. I decided it had been too long since I had one, so I drove from Columbus to Youngstown to get one. I got one for lunch on Saturday, eat it, and bought another to bring back home. I consider this THE best pizza I have ever eaten. It is still the same “great pizza” as it was almost 60 years ago. Still run by the same family, still the same receipt. I prefer the sauce with green peppers but you can get it without. The toppings cover the whole pie. It is impossible to take a bite without getting toppings. I love the sausage abs mushrooms, but the pepperoni pies are also great. THE BEST. No dine in, only take out. Prepare be amazed.

Another pizza shop in Boardman that makes their own sauce that is made with peppers & I love it! It’s another yummy pizza with a thicker crust but as you can see it’s nice & crispy crust with lots of pepperoni.

This shop was on my want to go list after reading an article about the best pizza in the area. I am glad I stopped in. My large cheese and peppers pizza was made quickly to order while I waited. The crust is excellent and the sauce to cheese ratio is perfect. Transports well on the back of motorcycles for picnics in the park. I will definitely return when I am in the area. Thank you, your pizza made my afternoon:)

We love to get our large all pepperoni/half mushroom pizza and we keep the green peppers, ( optional, no extra charge). We drive about 20 minutes home and watch a movie while we eat this delicious pizza mmmm.(It’s still warm and taste great even after the drive! Rare!) We are catching up on the Avenger movies currently and I have the pizza on my lap for the drive home. LOVE IT!

Best pizza made and served by some of the best people. Cornersburg Pizza is by far the best pizza I’ve ever had in my life. A couple pizzas and some wings typically aren’t “impressive” but these gentlemen pull it off every time, it’s a pizza to have pride in and to show off to your guests. 10/10.

I don’t know what has happened to this pizza shop but I’ve been going there for all my life 50+ years & is my favorite- bought a couple pizzas to take to a friend’s for lunch & it sucked, the crust was so thin the toppings almost fell off when you picked it up & it hung down- I told them when I went in the next time & they said oh this one will be perfect – nope just not the same at all!! Have not been back since & have no desire to do so!
