My and my wife go here often it’s one of our favorite places to eat..great food..my favorite thing is ribeye sandwich and I usually get the sweet potato fries to go along with it..very tasty. Their employees are very pleasant.

Our first visit to the Corner Pocket. I had heard about them through a post on another forum. The service was amazing, the food fantastic. I had the ¾ pound hamburger run through the garden. This is a ¾ pound hamburger after it has been cooked we were told. The burger was cooked on a charbroil grill which adds even more flavor in my opinion. The burger was cooked perfectly as were the fried mushrooms.
The establishment is clean, with a nice menu selection, there is plenty of seating and also a few pool tables. We look forward to returning.

Had to go back and have another one of those amazing ¾ pound charbroiled hamburgers. The service was amazing, our server did an excellent job. They had several orders and carry out orders going. Kudos to the line cook. He never slowed down once the entire time we were there. You could definitely tell he had experience…

It isn’t well marked but it’s a great find! The food was good, the service was awesome, the atmosphere was family friendly. For a small town they were quite busy and for good reason. We were just passing through but will go back when we’re back that way! The prices were fair. They were busy so we had to wait a bit for our food but it was worth the wait! If they see this I hope they see they were awesome! Thanks for the small town hospitality!

BEST POOL TABLES IN SOUTHERN ILLNOIS! They have 4 7′ diamonds and a 9′ diamond. The food is also great and everyone I’ve came acrossed in there has been super cool! Plan to come back and visit frequently.
