First and last time. Ordered 2 small pizzas, pepperoni and a margherita. Got home to see a plain cheese pizza and another one that looks like a cheese pizza with a few chunks of diced tomatoes on it. Not even close to a margherita.
Edit to update: good customer service, they called me the next day (got my phone number from my order I guess) and offered a free pizza(s?) to me, but honestly, it isn’t that good and not worth the drive back for a free one, and I really like pizza.

I think this is new ownership. It is the third time pizza came with raw dough. Twice delivery, and once through slice app. Literally over loaded in cheese, no sauce, and not cooked. So disappointing, used to be one of the better pizzas in Bristol.

Did this place change ownership recently ? I have never been this disappointed in food in a long time. The meatballs on my grinder were literally soft and had the texture of canned dog food ended up throwing the entire sandwich away after 2 bites.

I was a regular customer, usually delivery. I ordered a large cheese pizza and sone wings. I waited almost 2 hours for my order to come. I called twice to find out where my order was. The first time the girl told me it was on the way, 30 minutes later, i called again. She said it had just left. I think they forgot my order and tryed to cover it up. I wont be ordering from them again!

Pizza was good. Everything else was a little bland or not to my taste. The boneless chicken in particular had no flavor, and my munchie madness came without the dipping sauce I ordered. While I wasn’t a fan of the Meatball seasoning, I can’t complain about the portion size. Everything was decently priced.

I went in today and purchased a meatball grinder and creme brulee. The grinder was very delicious and the dessert was very tasty. Also the customer service was above and beyond what I expected. Will be going back again !!

***BEWARE*** Im pretty sure pizza should not be this greasy and gross. I am appalled that they even served this.It took a few mins for me to clean it all off before i was able to share it out. I will not order from here again the pizza didnt even taste good and the square slices were so saturated in grease it was very heavy and thats all you tasted . What a waste of money

Used to be out go to place for pizza. Delivery takes about 1 hrs longer than they say and the orders are always wrong . Got hung up on when I called and won’t call me back to fix the order the second time I called. Won’t go back.gave me a meat pizza and I’m a veggitarian due to medical restrictions.
