We love their lattes. Corner Grind is a locally owned business that roast their own beans and make their own baked goods. They have a well-rounded menu with great choices for breakfast, lunch, or a snack with your espresso drinks. You can buy their coffee beans to use at home or the office for delicious coffee every day. We drive 35 minutes to get there, and it’s always worth it. We love supporting family owned businesses.

Corner Grind has great food and even better coffee.
I like having my coffee inside as the store is always clean. It’s also a pretty quiet place – even when there are multiple people there.
Staff is excellent as well – very knowledgeable and kind.

Hannah took my order and she was super friendly! Always check their specials. They have some really tasty and creative ideas with adorable names! I tried the Matcha Made in Heaven paired with the Aioli Think About You. Both incredibly delicious!

One of my favorite coffee shops. I drive 20 minutes out of my way to go there even though there are seven coffee shops in my town. They are always busy, so that should tell you something too. The best drip coffee I’ve ever had and the in-house, homemade sweets are wonderful! I haven’t tried their specialty drinks yet. My only critique would be some of their food items could be improved upon. Also, maybe serve items on saucers that can be washed and reused instead of throw away paper sacks. Overall, a really great place!

Corner Grind is my favorite coffee spot! My partner and I stop by every week for the best lattes in town, and we can never resist the breakfast sandwiches and baked goods. The atmosphere is so warm and welcoming, and it’s the perfect place to start the day. The staff are always so kind and even remember our names. This morning, I accidentally dropped both of my drinks on the way out, and they quickly remade them at no extra cost. Huge thanks to Hannah for your kindness and generosity! We absolutely love Corner Grind.

This cafe and sandwich shop was a nice discovery while out in Elburn today. I really like the bread they use for their sandwiches. It’s a simple sub or baguette but it has a great chew that just made me devour the one that I ordered. I got the Yardbird which comes with a tasty herby chicken salad, bacon, lettuce and tomato. The sandwich was super tasty and they didn’t skimp on the chicken salad. Also ordered an iced vanilla latte which was good. The service was great. They just do counter orders and the friendly barista had my drink out fast and the sandwich a very short time after. The place is cozy but didn’t feel cramped and I wouldn’t have minded sticking around to eat if I wasn’t in a rush to get back home. I’m definitely keeping the Corner Grind in mind next time I’m hungry out west.

This is my local coffee shop and I couldn’t be happier with the lovely staff and creative drink ideas. Their monthly specials are always worth checking out. I’ve been really enjoying their new cold foam creations on their lattes, and I’ve been trying different flavor combinations with the iced green tea. Yummy!!!

I liked their yardbird before the change. I ordered today and got mostly onion and celery with a hint of chicken. Called in and they offered to remake. It was better but definitely not like how they used to be.

A nice little coffee shop in the heart of the metropolis of Elburn, IL. The lady who took my order was very nice. Enjoyed the coffee and the pumpkin bread! Was able to sit outside on a beautiful morning and enjoy the sound of the train whistle blowing. Thank you much – it hit the spot to get me geared up for my 1.5 hour drive!

UPDATE: 11/2023
I haven’t been here in over a year and decided to stopped by for lunch. Our order was an Italian sub and broccoli cheddar soup. It was my favorite! There were less than a dozen people and yet a bowl of soup and sandwich took about 15 mins. The consistency of the soup was warm milk with hard broccoli and chicken flavor no cheddar cheese at all. Sub sandwich was ok. So disappointed . It used to be a favorite go to coffee lunch place.
2021 Love their tea selection, and the revolution breakfast sandwich!! You can customize to be meatless, muffinless, or add avacado!
Got a new summertime favorite, iced lavender tea black or green! So refreshing! Cozy fall drinks hot cider, hot chocolate pumpkin chia drinks, lattes and more. You’ll be in for a treat!
