This is a hidden gem tucked away in Island Heights. It looks very unassuming until you walk in. It is a family run business turning out everything from porkroll egg and cheese to Flounder stuffed with crabmeat. The food is tight on point, and the owners are absolutely great. I had the Flounder stuffed with crabmeat, and it will hold up to any seafood restaurant I ever eaten at!
You got to give place a shot you will not regret it.

Our Breakfast Club meets there at 9:30 AM every Tuesday. Rich is a great chef and Tom or Linda greets up warmly. We thoroughly enjoy the Island Heights Deli.

Nasty employees which is such a shame for a nice neighborhood we visit all the time. I didn’t even order anything because the woman who worked there turned me off with how rude she was.

Missed breakfast here over the summer. Glad they finally reopened! Great food at really great prices! This is a small but friendly establishment very low key vibe in Island Heights. Well worth it!
