35 years and Counting! The Corner Deli in Las Cruces makes Sub sandwiches and salads with quality meats, cheeses and produce! We also sell Party subs from 3’-6’ in length (require 24hrs notice). We are a Veteran owned business that hires predominantly High School and College aged employees to give them a first job experience to build on while maintaining local community support. We strive to provide an experience reminiscent of the 1980’s when there was friendly service along with a family environment. We are a true Deli in that we will slice and sell meats and cheeses as well as the sandwich counter. We look forward to serving you, Come down and visit us!

Price for sides is pretty expensive. Potato salad ..worth it! They forgot grilled veggies, did not toast my bread, forgot my salad dressing, They did offer add the grilled veggies on if I brought it back, make a new one even. I was already 30 min away. So just check your bag before you leave, I guess. Not the corner deli I remember

The bread my sandwich was made on had to be 3+ days old. It was so dry. The previous owners always had fresh bread. With a price of $11(cash) more with a card, I don’t recommend eating here.

The best sandwich in town and the best bread I’ve ever had in general. The menu is so big, you can pretty much get whatever sandwich you can think of. I’ve been to Las Cruces twice, and I’ve made it a point to come here both times. Great experience!

I have been coming to this deli for over 10years.. I have never had a bad experience until today.. 2-23-2023 at 4:02 pm.. I asked for my usually Pastrami and swiss grilled with lettuce.. Not only was my sandwich cold.. Which I told the clerk immediately.. He attempted to heat it up with his apologies.. Once my sandwich was returned to me.. I exited the deli and sat in my vehicle to check it.. Not only was my sandwich still cold.. I could count the amount of meat and cheese on one hand.. This is and never will be exceptable.. Esp when this sandwich if you will is almost 11.00… I will never spend another dime in this place… Very unhappy customer…

Ordered a marbled rye corned beef Reuben sandwich and a ham chicken cheese sub. Service was good and sandwiches were amazing, one of the best Reubens in NM! The bread for the subs were so soft and plush, my boyfriend loved it.

They have really great customer service every time I go in! Honestly, they serve the best deli sandwiches in Las Cruces. The shop has a mom and pop feel to it, and I love that! The staff are always incredibly helpful and nice. Their sandwiches are always really delicious with high-quality ingredients. They always have a good selection of chips to choose from too. I highly recommend this place for anybody who wants to grab a great sandwich in Las Cruces!
