This location is easy to find and plenty of parking. They have a public restroom for customers only. If you sign up for the birthday club you get a free treat for your birthday. Got the birthday cake bunt cake. It was super cute and the staff were really nice. Unfortunately, the cake was so dry it was inedible. They have plenty of other goodies to choose from. I’m sure the soups and sandwiches are delicious. It smelled so good inside like everything was made fresh. Maybe go early in the morning on your birthday so your treat is fresh. Eight out of ten recommend.

I came for breakfast. My friend says the overnight oats here are the best overnight oats she’s ever had. So, I tried it out, & it was good. It was a large portion with fresh fruits, which was nice, but I’ve had better overnight oats. I actually preferred the single piece of raisin crisp bread it came with over the overnight oats themselves. I bought a pack of that bread because it was so tasty.
Ordering was slow because the cashier was new & still being trained. So, that was a bit annoying since I was in a rush & had an appointment to get to.
Overall, I’d come back to buy the raisin crisp bread, but would pass on the overnight oats.

Delicious food, but I waited over half an hour although it wasn’t very crowded. The cashier was efficient, and the servers were polite. Great prices for the choose 2 option. I recommend the berry pecan salad.

This charming corner of Pasadena (pun intended!) is a welcoming place for great coffee, sandwiches, and pasta bowls that rival big chain Italian restaurants. Mr. Javier, the manager, deserves plaudits for being kind and graceful to all customers. His special cinnamon coffee creations are delicious. This locale is fortunate to have Mr. Javier as its overseer. The music played is not jarring but relaxing and enjoyable. Give this local spot a visit and say “hello” to Javier & Co.

I normally like this chain of establishments, and my meal here was OK. The ingredients were fresh, food has pretty good flavor, but the mustard they used on the sandwich was all I could taste. I don’t mind a strong mustard, but if that’s all I can taste, I feel I’m missing out on the turkey, ham, and bacon flavors on that sandwich. That was a bit disappointing.

The quality of food is really not up to par. It’s one of the absolute worst croissants I have ever had in my life. Presentation of food is zero. The coffee is so so. I would not come back again unless there is some improvement and the quality of food.
I do not think the place has been renovated for more than 10 years. The interior looks a bit dark and tired. When I was there at breakfast hour, there were only two other people there. Not a busy place at all.
I must add the ladies working there are polite and nice, so this review has got nothing to do with the standard of service.

Cook needs to be made to understand special orders. Food is served quickly but my specifications were not met. I didn’t send it back because I was hungry and didn’t want to wait. Ketchup bottles were almost empty, I had to grab two of them
