I don’t stop by Potomac Mills Mall very often, but sometimes I go there to drive around, browse a few stores, and grab a bite to eat. This time, I decided to try a corndog something I don’t think I’d had before. Unfortunately, I wasn’t very impressed; the taste and texture were pretty average.

Stopped by Mr. Cow and tried the Flaming Hot Corn Dog — unfortunately, it didn’t live up to the name. It wasn’t hot or spicy at all, and the overall flavor was pretty basic. The presentation was fun, and the place has a cool vibe, but the food didn’t really stand out. Might give it another shot to try something else, but this one missed the mark.

These people should be sued for false advertising. We came here because we were craving corn dogs, but despite the name of the store being “Corndogs by Mr. Cow,” THESE ARE IN NO WAY CORN DOGS!!! They contain no corn whatsoever. Instead, the batter is made of gooey, white rice flour mochi. Now I like mochi as much as the next person, BUT THEY CALL IT A “CORN” DOG EVEN THOUGH THERE IS NO CORN. Also, they said it would take 10 minutes to prepare one corn dog, even though no one else was there, and indeed it took them 11 minutes. Consider yourself warned.

Oh boy have I been waiting to try a Cheesy Corndog! After seeing these cheesy Corndog videos on tiktok and YouTube shorts, it got me hungry to go try one. I’ve been waiting a long time to try one and man, this was great! I got the Mr Cow Classic (All Mozzarella, and sprinkled sugar on top) So crunchy and the cheesy was very melted.

Ordered the flaming hot mozzarella filled corn dog. It had a nice spicy and sweet flavor. They are cooked to order. They do have different options and different types of filling for the corn dog. Will stop by again when shopping at Potomac Mills mall.

The ladies that work there are so nice! But the product it’s self was not all that great! The batter is slightly sweet which is how it’s supposed to be but had an odd flavor! I picked flaming potato! It just wasn’t as good!

Out of all the Korean corndogs I’ve had, this has got to be my favorite place to get them. Every time I’ve ordered here, the food has always been amazing. Make sure you try the flaming cheetah!

Everyone was super nice. And the corndogs were really good. My husband and I had the original and sweet potato. Mine had the mozzarella and beef filling and my husband had just the hot dog. The breading was more of hush puppy like than your typical corn dog. I recommend getting all the flavors in one bite rather than having a bite with just the breading. Otherwise, super delicious, filling, and affordable for what you get.
