Very convenient to have a place that sells Korean Style corn dogs in the area, made fresh, very hot and tasty. Service is not bad, but employees don’t look too happy. Although in a mall food court, I understand. So if you can look past that, it’s really great.

I waited over 15 minutes with no customers before me. Lady was taking her sweet time. I get it was closing shift, but still. Potato one still had raw batter and no, it wasn’t the cheese. They were nice but chatty. Food is usually good tho, hope this was just a one time thing.

Very flavorful and unique. I got the flaming potato with spicy mayo and half mozzarella half cheddar. The employee was super kind and very helpful. Definitely something to try while roaming the mall.

They deserve more hype. After a long day of shopping, this and sbarro are probably your best choices at orland square. These are probably even better than Kong Dog. I always get the half mozzarella and half beef hot dog. Always so good. I have only tried their original outside and it it very good, crispy, crunchy, and flavorful

I got food poisoning, i have been sick for the last 3 days. Service was okay, it was a bit busy but got my food in a timely manner. Taste was good, but it got me very very sick. Currently have a fever, vomiting, chills, and stomach pain.

Truly a hit or miss, I believe it depends on the employee working at the time. The first time I went, the girl was very kind and quick, it tasted the delicious. The second time I went the corndog was doused in sugar instead of sprinkled on top and it was clear the hot dog was extremely overcooked

Food was good, but I can literally not explain how bad the customer service was. I understand the kid is in high school… but I had to ask him if he could get off his phone to take my order after I had been standing there a few minutes. asked him a couple questions about the menu and he just shrugged. Once I got my order it was wrong and he just shrugged again and that was the end of it. I’m not gonna argue with a 15 year old over some food, but I’ll never spend my money there again. I totally understand mix ups, but being blatantly rude to customers is just ridiculous.

This place is as bad as the other reviews say and I wish I had listened. Just a bunch of kids mopping around and halfassing their job, which I get cause who wants to work? But I remember being a teen and god I was never this rude nor disrespectful to strangers at least not when just asking for condiments or a bag? Worker didn’t even want to pass me a bag?? A BAG?? Two second interaction and we were met with attitude. And to top it off the corn dogs were subpar and the hot Cheeto didn’t even taste like hot Cheeto. The spicy mayo was like clear and watery, not spicy mayo at all and so I had to go ask the next door restaurant for some actual good sauce. The stick in my corn dog looked moldy as well, I didn’t take a picture I just threw it all out. Honestly, needs to be shut down or just hire people that actually want to grind. It’s a corn dog not rocket science, shouldn’t be that hard to make so I don’t know why they’re so miserable. Wish I would have went to Taco Bell.

Today September 20, 2023 I visited my favorite location at Orland Park Mall. I usually have a pretty good experience but today was drastically different. The customer service from the shift today at approximately 2pm was very unprofessional and they all seemed to be irate. The first red flag was the response from Monique the shift cashier. After inquiring about the new menu item “Garlic Parmesan Fries” she replied “I don’t know, I just got here.” I could tell she was unfriendly however I still chuckled and kept a pretty positive disposition. My next encounter was with another employee who claimed her name was Ashley. After I received my food order and walked to a different food vendor for a different order, Ashley followed me. Ashley began to ask, “what did you say?”. I was completely confused by her question but she repeated it several times after, until I realized she was attempting to start a confrontation about what she ASSUMED she heard me say. I believe when I asked her about my lemonade she became upset with me. I still have no clue what she thought I said about her or her co workers or why she picked a fight with me! My husband hearing the discourse came into the mall with our son, completely confused as we were on the phone the entire time. Nothing negative was said from my mouth. We asked for a manager on duty. There was no manager to speak to and the employee Ashley, exclaimed she wanted to fight me out back. Ive contacted corporate and the malls management. I also made a report with the mall security. If you happen to be traveling to the Orland location please be on the lookout for rude service and ready to fight employees.

Customer service was fine but I got sick from eating the food. They have self served sauces and I’m pretty sure the bottles aren’t frequently cleaned properly. So far I’ve been sick for almost 4 days. Very unsanitary, they need to do better.
