Quality: Food taste nothing different than other sub/sandwich place. (I would recommend chicken ceaser wrap)
Price: Price is too high for the size of sandwich.
Environment and service: nice environment for quick meal but Food takes very long time to be ready. Customer service needs to be monitored because it took almost 1hr to get my 2 sandwich ready and it wasn’t that busy that time. Also the person who was working he was using his personal phone and taking order from his friend while taking our order.
Hope to see some improvement if I go there again to try something else from the menu.
Bonus, there’s a nightclub in the bathroom. Badass lighting and great mirrors for selfies ♀️
EDIT: Oh i got food poisoning the next morning too, nice
Are the standards in dearborn that low? How is this place still in business? I moved here 4 years ago and ive never thrown away my food until tonight. So much to unpack here.
Firstly, the portion sizes along with the prices. Probably the most stingy place i have ever been to. The “sub”, if you could even call it that, which comes with fries pictured was $20. I’m a big guy i get that. But that sub was four bites. A Daves slider would have been more filling, no joke.
Second, the chicken was COLD. Not “It got cold” cold, but like, “this is was left out in the cold for an hour on the counter” cold. This was DoorDash, so I understand this happens, but the 2 smash burgers we got were hot. So something was definitely up.
Third, the sub just… sucked. It didnt taste like anything but salt. I felt like i was eating bread and salt. Speaking of salt, the fries tasted like someone accidentally dropped the entire salt shaker into them. I had to throw them all out, they were literally inedible, I’m not being snobby, we physically could not swallow them. They were also incredibly soggy.
Lastly, they completely forgot our nutella banana pudding dessert, which by the way was THIRTEEN DOLLARS. I was assuming its gonna be a good sized dessert, but after seeing that sorry excuse of a sub I’m sure it was a scam too anyway. I get it, mistakes happen, but with everything else this was just the cherry on top.
I seriously don’t know how restaurants like these stay in business. It’s a shame our standards have done nearly hit rock bottom. Who on earth is returning to pay $20 to buy a sandwich the size of my hand? How does this place retain customers? What a shame
As for the wrap, I honestly don’t see what the hype is about. It felt too heavy, and the tortilla didn’t taste great. The Cancun sandwich was definitely better, but the bread was stale and crumbly.
Overall, I gave it a 3 because I see a lot of potential here. If they stuck more to the corn concept, it could really set them apart. For example, instead of the usual fries, they could serve corn ribs or something more creative. Every other spot serves wings, wraps, and sandwiches — this place could really stand out if they leaned into what makes them unique.
Great food and the best service!
Been wanting to try the viral chicken Caesar wrap. And it surely did not disappoint! As good as it looked and better! We also tried the steak sandwich and the Nashville chicken. I recommend them all!
Thank you Abdullah for the hospitality!!
Oh can’t forget the carrot cake!! Worth the calories! Do it!! You won’t be disappointed!!
