Corky’s is a “must stop” whenever we visit the Memphis area. Jasmine at this location is awesome! She is knowledgeable on the menu and very friendly. She keeps things moving. The food is consistently amazing. Memphis style BBQ holds a dear place in our hearts.

The $11 “jumbo” beef brisket. Sandwich had way too much fat in it. I kept having to spit out the fatty pieces. I would not order this again.

If you follow my posts, you know I love food. Corky’s was good food. Not fancy food, good food. There is a sense of fun in the presentation and the atmosphere vibe. It was quickly brought to the table as I presume the business model here is not long reunions but more in and out busy families.
I had the sausage and cheese appetizer and the pork burnt ends dinner. I hope you like sauce cause everything comes slathered in flavor. Of everything the sausage and the cheesey grits under the pork were my two favorites. The slaw is mustard based for you true southerners. The baked beans had great flavor but were over cooked for my taste.

All the great reviews are true! I was born and raised in KY where BBQ is in our blood. Corkey’s met my expectations and then some. Excellent food and the friendly service is unmatched!! I had the pulled pork sandwhich, cole slaw, potato salad and banana pudding!! The best! Made my day. Thank you!

We were seated at 7:03 and placed an order. We didn’t get our food until 8:09. There were 5 tables (counting ours) with customers.
Our waiter was Clint, and even though the food was slow, he did his best to make sure we were as happy as possible, though. When the food finally came, he brought extra portions to make up for the wait. While the food took a while to get to us, Clint tried to save the day as best he could.

My brother is very picky about his food. I asked what he wanted to eat, and he replied ribs, and baked beans. Corky’s was the closest place that sold ribs. I purchased my brother a rib dinner, and he started eating it immediately. He said everything was delicious. He truly enjoyed the food. The service was wonderful also. Thumbs up!

Got a slab of ribs and fries. Fries was nice and hot and fresh but ribs where old and burnt. Never again will I order ribs here I’ll continue to go the OB because they only sale fresh and for that price they should have been fresh

Mr. Wade & Ashley were attentive as well with the assist & friendly attitude! Just simply Awesome ppl & Restaurant! Fish crispy and tasty! Salad sooo good! Green Beans seasoned to perfection! Mac & Cheese cheesy of course! lol. They never miss! Clean establishment! Cool artwork and pictures of artist and history! Would’ve been cool to see Micheal Jackson and or Young Dolph on the wall

Due to pescatarianism I only consume the fish as far protein. Haven’t tried anything else besides those items. They are my go to!!!
