I’ve been going to Cork since it first opened in the Heights ~2 years ago- and let me tell you, the Heights needed it! Dave and family have created a lovely family-friendly vibe, w/ wines that are complex and creative and economically feasible. If the show Cheers was filmed in a wine bar, Cork would be it. And their wine club is not to be beat!

Cork is an awesome addition to Hood River’s wine shop and wine bar scene. My Wednesday tennis lesson group (with friends who join us afterwards) discovered Cork and it has been an amazing find. Dave expertly guides our ever-changing mix of ladies with differing wine tastes and without exception his recommendations have been spot on. And on top of the outstanding wine selection, Cork offers delicious cheese and meat platters. Just what we tennis players are looking for after a tough 90-minute tennis lesson, wine and cheese! Game, Set, Match! Thank you, Cork and Dave, for being there for us on Wednesdays or when we need a special bottle of wine or a quiet place to catch up with a friend and enjoy a glass of wine.
