Cork and Pig Tavern is a chef driven from scratch restaurant featuring woodfired stonehearth pizzas, salads, sandwiches, pork ribs, steaks and a pork chop. The full bar is boutique wine focused, craft cocktails and local craft beers on draft. The interior design embraces modern touches with traditional tavern elements of brick and wood. Open kitchen showcases our pride of excellence in food quality. A beautiful covered patio is breezy but keeps our guests out of the Texas sun.
Easygoing gastropub offering wood-fired pizza, American fare & many wines in contemporary digs.

The spinach artichoke dip tasted good, though it could have been served hotter. Despite thery being a feng time just to get the dip, and then an even longer wait for our meals.
I ordered the chicken, which came out burnt on the ends. My mom ordered the ribeye sandwich with au jus, and that’s where things went from bad to worse. The meat was so undercooked it looked raw, and something unexplainable came out of it (as seen on top of the sandwich). At that point, we both lost our appetite and couldn’t continue.
Unfortunately, this was our first visit—and will also be our last.
Food was not hot due to sever talking and not paying attention .
I have worked service so , these are facts .
I had the steak Benedict. The meat was cold and the eggs were very cold. Obviously, they had been sitting under the heat lamp for quite a while. It’s not cool.
The atmosphere was good and the food Would have been really good if it was a little warmer seriously. Fillet does not do well when it Is too cold.
All the food was high quality ingredients and made with care and love. There is a vast difference between technical know-how in cooking and cooking that is done very well and is both visually and physically delicious.
We only had a quick bite but I honestly can’t wait to come back and try whatever they have in season. Calamari is fresh and delicate with delicious options for dipping. The Market Fish tacos (salmon today) were not only well seasoned but they had the right amount of toppings to protein to tortilla ratio down. So delicious in all the flavors that all complimented each other.
Truffle fries were good, but the truffle and other seasoning can be strong so have a mint after dinner or just be reminded of your delicious dinner all night lol.
The wait staff were awesome and attentive, very friendly and knowledgeable about their dishes.
A+ on the decor and atmosphere
My mom and I love taking my dog during happy hour! You can’t beat the happy hour food menu! I would definitely check this place out if you haven’t!
