Cork Dork is a haven for all people who love food, cocktails & wine. Curating the menu is Danny Amirian, a born and raised Westlake local who brings his fresh approach to cooking back to the Conejo Valley. Danny’s menu is small, but will always be changing to focus on local farms and purveyors’ best available product. Danny cooks from the heart and his passion will show on the plate. For drinks we offer boutique wines and local sourced craft cocktails. If you are a beginner and just enjoy a glass, starting to learn. All wines are available in 2oz, 5oz, and bottle formats so you can try multiple items in one sitting. Our liquor selection is curated with small CA distilleries matching Chef Danny’s local approach.

They have a fine tuned selection of Mediterranean inspired American food, all of which seems to rotate often. We really liked that their menu was digital on iPads for everyone at the table.
The staff were all very personable and cordial, took the time to explain their system & answer any questions we had and went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of.
We first ordered drinks and they had an amazing selection to choose from between beer, wine, and cocktails. The food was great! All the seafood was fresh, all of the meat was cooked perfectly, and everything tasted delicious. We highly recommend the Crispy Cauliflower, the Wagyu Hangar Steak, and the Beef Skewers.
Prices for the food and drinks was to be expected for the quality of food/experience, roughly $30-$50 per person on the conservative side.
Overall it was a great experience and we highly recommend anyone in the area to visit for a meal.
We’ve tried many branzino dishes all over the world and this one is simply THE BEST!
I was immediately impressed by the quick reservation confirmation and being led to the back of the restaurant, a section I had requested during reservation. A very impressive, and efficient team who serviced our table, on par with the best restaurants. From your water glass repeatedly refilled, to order taking, to delivering meals by servers to the correct people without asking who ordered this or that…the same with drinks. The mixed drinks were very good, the appetizers, and the main course was good as well. It’s a limited menu that changes periodically I believe. The food isn’t OMG type but it was good and the whole experience felt complete. It felt like a special night.
Everything was delicious. The broccolini starter was excellent, and the baba’s chicken entree was very good. It was nicely seasoned, but I thought it could’ve used a touch more salt, but I think that about everything. My dining partner ordered the Dork Burger and loved it (and disagreed with me about the chicken needing salt!).
I also want to call out the amuse-bouche – I was amused! It was a mini naan with some hummus and a single fried chickpea. Honestly it might’ve been my favorite item I ate, I thought it was so delicious.
For desert we split a banana bread pudding. I will always order a bread pudding if it’s on the desert menu, and this was a very good one.
Overall, this is among my very favorite restaurants that I’ve been in TO, and I intend to return.
This is not one of those places.
The food here is incredible. The service warm, welcoming, and friendly.
The wine list and recommendations are superb.
Five out of five, I will be back.
