Cork and bean is very cozy neighborhood spot if you want to get a coffee, quick bite or a drink or two. Their staff is very friendly and polite and their drinks are fairly priced. Food is decent for a place like this. We love coming here and also recommend this place to our friends and family!

First of all I like to start off by saying just walking in the place it’s small but it’s ok and they do also have outside seating in front and back but it was way too cold to eat their. Limited seating for sure, Also they have slot machines if your interested in that, and Clean bathrooms.
we ordered 2 sandwiches and they were delicious they did not disappoint.
*But what was disappointing is our waitress. When we initially walked in we sat down and within about 5 minutes she came and asked if we wanted anything. We said we’d take menus and then about 15 minutes later she came back and we ordered food and she brought the food after about another 20 minutes and then we Never seen her again. She walked past us probably 50 times but not one time did she stopped and asked us if we wanted refills on our drinks, if we wanted anything else to eat, if we wanted boxes etc. I literally had to walk up to the counter as for my own box and then my daughter wanted a hot coffee I again literally had to go to the counter and hunt down the waitress and ask her to come over to take my daughter’s order for a coffee. And again after that we still never seen her.
It’s a very VERY small Cafe there was probably 12-15 people in there all together, so there was no way that she was just too busy to come by us. She was stopping by other tables and asking them if they needed anything and she was talking with them and like because we were not regulars it was our first time there we didn’t count?
because of the experience with the waitress we will not go back.
I think at least 50% of why people go back to places is because of the staff and the way they get treated.
We literally took 2 separate ubers back and forth from the city just to check this place out for the first time.
Very disappointing

The ladies at the counter and register were very sweet. I had an iced latte, and I had the goat cheese, pistachio, hot honey flatbread. I really appreciate it that my latte had a moderate amount of ice, as some other places put too much ice in there. It was very flavorful. I really recommend the flatbread as well, as it was a good portion and didn’t feel overwhelming. My friend Bri also enjoyed her drink and pastry! There are all sorts of board and card games, the bathrooms are nice, and the parking is vast too. It’s a cozy place:)

This place is such a cute spot for a coffee or even a nice adult beverage! Can it get better than that?! The decor give coffee shop vibes and the back patio is super chill for a nice date or even working on some homework while you munch on those tastey donuts! I have gotten the house coffee, which had free refills! What a treat! As well as hot tea. That came in a very adorable tea pot. I have also gotten the cold hibiscus blueberry tea. That was okay, I rather get the hot beverages anyway. Great place to go with a group of friends or just alone. Definitely recommend!

I love it! I first started out only going for the coffee drinks, then I branched out into lunch, and now have made it to happy hour….i highly recommend that chocolate raspberry martini, I almost want to lick the glass clean (ok who am I fooling, I have) ♀️. It’s a small place, they do have a back patio when the weather is nice.

Such a cute little space; nicely decorated and clean. The aroma of fresh coffee is very welcoming. Today was more of a tea day. Met up here with bestie after work.
My first choice menu item was not available so I went with a delicious second option. The toast was spread with fresh mashed avocado, crispy bacon, chopped egg and peppery arugula. It hit the spot.
This space makes really good drinks as shared by our happy table neighbors.
They also have special events monthly and table games.
Would love to visit again.

Sunday morning waiters didn’t give good service. Our waitress dismissed our arrival, then took care of another table who had just arrived when we had arrived 10 minutes ago! Took so long to serve us our drink and then she never came back to check up on us.

I’ve been coming to this coffee shop for a few years and at first I thought it was amazing, but lately it feels like a complete hit or miss depending on the staff that day. A lot of the younger staff are great and very helpful, but there is one middle aged, blonde waitress there who makes me not want to return. I have seen her be snappy with customers in the past, but never thought that much about it until this past weekend. My boyfriend and I were sitting at a small table, getting some studying done and two young girls came in excitedly and began to sit at the table next to us. Before they could even finish putting their things down the waitress I mentioned earlier yelled from behind the bar that the table wasn’t clean and that they should sit somewhere else. Understandable to ask them to choose a different table, but the tone she used to communicate it was plain rude. Additionally, the protocol at any other nice cafe I have been to is to make sure the tables are cleaned right away to avoid a situation like this. After that, the girls relocated to the only other open seats in the area, which happened to be two small tables pushed together. They were then scolded for sitting at a table that was “meant for four people” and were told if they were going to sit there they had to separate the small tables to make more room for people to sit. Again, not an unreasonable request, but one that could have been communicated with any amount of politeness or respect for the customer. The tables were pushed together when the girls arrived there, it is not up to the customer to automatically separate tables in a restaurant. To top it all off, when I went up to pay, I heard this blonde waitress talking loudly to OTHER CUSTOMERS about how rude the two young girls were for thinking they could take up so much space (mind you there were no tables of four begging to be seated at the time). Cork and Bean’s seating policies are a bit excessive, but understandable considering how busy they can get, the way this waitress talks to people, and the way that Cork and Bean responds to genuine criticism in their reviews is not. If it is that much of a bother to this waitress to speak to people with the tiniest amount of respect when they’re just trying to patronize a local business, I simply won’t return.
