The owner is extremely kind and accommodating. Lovely experience here, the food is some of the BEST Indian I’ve had around Pittsburgh. They should be busier considering how much care is put into meals. The garlic naan is a must every time I go it’s the best I’ve had and I’ve had many!

Had the Butter chicken, palak paneer, karahi aloo gobi and naan and it was soooo good. I can’t rave enough. They were very pleasant and appeared to keep a look out for our needs as they approached with refills and to remove empty dishes when necessary. There is a ton of seating and a bar. Restrooms were clean. I will be making this a regular place for dining out, best Indian meal I’ve had in a while.

The lady in the reception was very rude to us as we wanted to seat in a table other than their suggested one. The servers are not well behaved as well. We went there for the 50% off after 9pm offer but the offer doesn’t mention it’s applicable only on very limited items – which is deceptive. They also asked us to leave in a very unpleasant way when it was closing time. That really surprised us. They behave well with white customers only, not with Indians. Their food is not bad. I would have rated them a 4 star if they hadn’t behaved rude with us.

All of the food I got from this place was very high quality, pretty decently priced, and had solid portions as well. Super fresh and tasty. I tried the chana masala (chickpea curry) and the peshwari naan.
Their chana masala came in a good portion with lots of flavor/seasoning. Whole chunks of chickpeas, good quality. Sauce isn’t too thick or thin. I do think that the meal was too spicy for my liking, even though I chose a 0 on the spice scale. Good rice portion too.
I was super surprised by the naan. I’ve never tried peshwari before, so it was totally new to me, and I loved it! It’s a sweet naan stuffed with some dried fruit, coconut, ground almonds, and a few other things. Almost like a dessert. And it’s so good, crispy on the outside, soft inside, and very tasty/sweet.
All in all, I quite liked this place. The chana masala meal was a bit too spicy, but the peshwari naan was incredible. Definitely recommend that!

Very bad behavior restaurant never ever come back this restaurant.
Was dine in with my wife after I dine we asked for bill we went to pos desk to make payment. Lady asked how you make payment we said with Apple Pay.
So I did by mistakenly tap 2 times my wrong card which is already been closed. I forgot to take out old card from the Apple Pay. She come with rude behavior and tell us give me card I requested to her by mistakenly I did please bring it back to the amount so I can pay again. Another employee jump in solved the transaction. I did tell her that very politely mam you behave very nasty the way she behave like we don’t have money. Very bad also my wife tell her that you talk very badly she said get out. How can tell customers get out after pay your bill.

Our meal was so delicious that we joked about coming on a weekly basis from now on. Although it may not be weekly, we will add this place to our list of favorites. Hard to believe it took us so long to eat here since it is so close to home. It is a big place that often looks pretty empty, but large groups fit well, the food and service were excellent, and prices seemed very reasonable.
We really enjoyed everything we ordered. We got the samosa chaat (1 samosa covered in chick peas and chutneys), crab fritter (chutneys on side), kheema naan (stuffed with ground lamb), and the vegetable jalfrezi (tomato based sauce). As much as we liked the entree, the apps and naan were the stars of our meal. There was a good amount of spice in some dishes and lots of flavor in all.
For some reason, we assumed it was BYOB, but it is not. They have a full bar there with a cooler of different beers. The decor had a strong Pittsburgh sports theme. No background music, just a TV on by the bar. We will be returning soon.

Great, authentic Indian cuisine! Our party of 4 all got different curries and Naan bread and sampled each. All were good – you can’t go wrong with chicken tikka masala. The interior was charming blend of Indian decor and Pittsburgh pride. However, the service wasn’t great despite it being not too busy while we were there. The prices can add up, but the food is worth it.

This place is consistently pretty good, and the service is always fairly efficient. Its definitely not the best indian food in Pittsburgh, but its definitely up there! The decor is a bit weird since its in the same place that Kazansky’s used to be–theres a football mural from that era still on the wall–but its not bad. Always pretty empty. My one large(ish) issue is that I asked for very spicy food and my dish came out gently spiced but definitely nowhere near something I’d call ‘spicy.’ Still though, consistently a good choice.

The food was delicious. The server had a little hard time understanding me. The cauliflower I had was in the shape of a fried chicken drum stick thought I should do that.

A friend recommended this place when we said we were looking for some good Indian food. Very happy that we listened. The place is somewhat hidden and you could easily drive bye, but if you stop in for a bite to eat, you won’t be sorry. Very pleased with the food, the service and the cleanliness of the restraunt. I had the buffet and ate until I couldn’t eat no more. Good job folks and I will be back soon!
