What an amazing atmosphere to enjoy great food! I left feeling like I ate healthy and did something good for my body! The portions are very good and the prices are reasonable. The staff smiles and greets you immediately when you arrive. I love coming here and I have made it part of my weekly routine! The food combinations are endless!

Omgggg I finally tried the Southwest salad that I was recommended to try and when I tell you it was phenomenal it was. I had just the right amount of protein, veggies and dressing. I am not a big salad person but I am hooked and can’t stop buying this. You have to try this salad.

First off I wanna say I love this place I haven’t came in a long time since I live kinda far but the food is always great!!!! My fiancé was willing to finally try it he’s a picky eater and he was not the biggest fan but we both agree with picky eaters keep it simpler… overall a great place to come if you want good and nutritious food

Came in after a terrible day and left feeling so much better. The bowl was great, but honestly the employees made this place.
They took the time to work with my dietary restrictions without making it feel like a hassle. Then when I mentioned my day was rough, they actually gave me suggestions on how to treat myself—even told me to grab an Insomnia Cookie ice cream sandwich. Such a small thing but it genuinely made my day.
Good food is one thing, but staff who actually care about you? That’s what keeps me coming back. Highly recommend.

Stopped here for a post workout lunch. This is an upscale casual eatery priced in line with Panera Bread.
The indoor dining area is spacious with plenty of well spaced seating. The outdoor dining area has plenty of seating as well with a fire pit which adds a classy flare. One of those places with a chill laid back vibe where you could stay for hours getting work done on your laptop.
For a first timer, the menu can be daunting with it’s plethora of options.
The staff was friendly, efficient, and quick. My order was ready in a flash. Food is good!

Parking is easy. The space is bright and big. There’s an outdoor sitting area (heated). The selections of food are good. It’s a popular spot for lunches. I got a Korean BBQ pork on warm rice. I was told “I’m getting spoiled” and it was a great treat.

Have been coming here on occasion since it opened years ago and the menu has expanded but everything I liked at the beginning is still there, and the quality has been very consistent. Lots of choices for tasty and healthy meals. There’s plenty of meat choices but it’s also vegan friendly. You can order off the menu or customize your own bowl, and small modifications to menu items (like swapping the protein, the dressing, or base) are possible. I really like their fresca drinks, they have some interesting flavours. Generally the staff is friendly and efficient.
I really like the design of the place. They could stand to clean tables more though because on my recent visit, all but one of the booth tables were dirty.
Since it looks like management reads reviews – I remember there used to be actual reusable bowls and silverware here, but now it’s disposable bowls and cutlery only. I wish they’d bring the reusables back.

I came across this place while travelling en route to Canada with my family. This large was full of healthy options and reminded me a lot like Dig In, another restaurant franchise that’s full of healthy options as well. You have a choice of plates, bowls, or soups. There appeared to be about a dozen greens to choose from, several grains as well as several proteins with tons of healthy veggie options to add to your meal. A vegetarian or even a vegan can have a fixed day here creating their own meal with many different possibilities. For $21, my son and I enjoyed our bowls immensely and were both stuffed. There’s an earthy vibe to this place with ambient world music playing in the background. Also, there were several unique drink options including raspberry herbal tea and watermelon agua fresca. I had the fresh squeezed beet lemonade and in it was quite refreshing with healthy beet juice mixed in for good measure. There were positive quotes throughout the restaurant as part of the decor and a shaded outdoor eating area option.

Order takeout. Food is good. Service is abrupt and rude. Eating there in the winter is just absurd. They do not heat the place and you have to freeze while eating. If it is cold out, order takeout.
