The filet was nothing short of extraordinary—perfectly seared, deeply flavorful, and cooked with absolute precision. Each bite was tender without losing its structure, richly seasoned but never overpowering. Paired with the black truffle risotto, the dish reached another level entirely. The risotto was luxuriously creamy with a beautifully balanced earthiness from the truffle—refined, aromatic, and indulgent without being heavy.
Dessert was a revelation. The sweet potato crème brûlée was both inventive and flawless in execution. The caramelized sugar crust shattered perfectly, giving way to a silky, subtly spiced custard that blended comfort and sophistication in a way few desserts achieve.
My wife’s lobster was equally exceptional—succulent, buttery, and handled with restraint so the natural sweetness remained front and center. The carrots were vibrant and thoughtfully prepared, and the butternut squash added a velvety, seasonal depth that rounded out the plate beautifully.
From start to finish, every dish demonstrated technical mastery, creativity, and intentional flavor design. The presentation was elegant without being pretentious, and the overall experience felt curated rather than routine.
Core 450 isn’t just a great meal—it’s a standard-setter. If you’re looking for precision, imagination, and genuine culinary excellence, this is it.
‘al a carte. Amazing catch of the day, which was seabass when we went. Reasonably priced. Easy online reservations. Our server was friendly and efficient. Outside seating available. I would definitely recommend for a nice dinner, dessert, or just drinks at the bar.
Core 450 has all the right ingredients for a winning experience with great food, excellent flavors, and an inviting atmosphere that feels both upscale and welcoming. Both visits have been nothing short of a delight. Unlike many golf course restaurants, this one manages to keep things relaxed and friendly, with down-to-earth servers who genuinely appreciate your visit. The open kitchen, stylish bar, and stunning all-glass wine storage room tie everything together with a touch of class.
Brunch Takes the Trophy
The real standout here is brunch. The French toast, chicken and waffles, and steak and eggs are all top-tier choices, and if you want to take things up a notch, ask for a salt block—it adds just the right amount of flavor without needing any extra seasoning.
Lunch Delivers, But…
Lunch was also solid, though the menu leans heavily on flatbreads rather than a full range of pizzas. Or maybe they just weren’t available that day.. With that massive wood-fired pizza oven in the kitchen, it feels like they could do even more with it. That said, the wrap I had was fresh, filling, and paired well with crispy fries.
Core 450 nails the balance between upscale dining and casual comfort while being able to watch people hit off the first tee and come in from the 18th. 100% would recommend sitting outside. Whether you’re stopping by after a round of golf or just looking for a fantastic brunch spot, it’s a course worth playing again.
