Core 450 isn’t just a great meal—it’s a standard-setter. If you’re looking for precision, imagination, and genuine culinary excellence, this is it.Core 450 delivers the kind of dining experience that reminds you why great restaurants matter.

The filet was nothing short of extraordinary—perfectly seared, deeply flavorful, and cooked with absolute precision. Each bite was tender without losing its structure, richly seasoned but never overpowering. Paired with the black truffle risotto, the dish reached another level entirely. The risotto was luxuriously creamy with a beautifully balanced earthiness from the truffle—refined, aromatic, and indulgent without being heavy.

Dessert was a revelation. The sweet potato crème brûlée was both inventive and flawless in execution. The caramelized sugar crust shattered perfectly, giving way to a silky, subtly spiced custard that blended comfort and sophistication in a way few desserts achieve.

My wife’s lobster was equally exceptional—succulent, buttery, and handled with restraint so the natural sweetness remained front and center. The carrots were vibrant and thoughtfully prepared, and the butternut squash added a velvety, seasonal depth that rounded out the plate beautifully.

From start to finish, every dish demonstrated technical mastery, creativity, and intentional flavor design. The presentation was elegant without being pretentious, and the overall experience felt curated rather than routine.

Core 450 isn’t just a great meal—it’s a standard-setter. If you’re looking for precision, imagination, and genuine culinary excellence, this is it.

We absolutely loved our experience! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and our server Barb made the night even better with her friendly, attentive service. Everything felt relaxed and enjoyable from start to finish. We’ll definitely be back!

Valentino and his team made our night! Great late valentines day dinner. Had a chefs board with steak, lobster tail and lots of great sides along with a great bordeaux. Server was attentive and food was excellent.

Don’t be fooled by the fact that this a “Golf Course Restaurant” – it was absolutely delicious! The staff was great, the pricing was reasonable, the cocktails were delightful. We had Chilean sea bass. It was the first time my partner had eaten this, and he was delighted. It was prepared perfectly! The staff was so sweet. We had a special occasion and they treated us like royalty!

This was our first visit but it won’t be our last. The atmosphere and cocktails were phenomenal. The food and service were also very good. We sat outside on an unseasonally warm February evening with friends. The menu has something for everyone and they have a very nice beer and wine menu. Would recommend. I’ve been stocking them on socials for a while, very glad we made it out.

Core 450 is a must visit! My husband and I went here a few months ago and I’ve been thinking about the food ever since. The staff was incredibly friendly and inviting, and the food was absolutely delicious. Every dish was spectacular, but their scallops were probably the best I’ve ever had. It’s hard to put into words how great the experience was, but it was next level! Definitely try this place out if you are looking for a nice family dinner, date night, or even a casual meal after a round of golf. You won’t be disappointed!

Great dining at a golf club. Beautiful scenery, elegant yet casual. The menu has enough choices, from steak to seafood pasta or small plates. All served
‘al a carte. Amazing catch of the day, which was seabass when we went. Reasonably priced. Easy online reservations. Our server was friendly and efficient. Outside seating available. I would definitely recommend for a nice dinner, dessert, or just drinks at the bar.

My wife and I had an amazing dining experience at Core 450. The food was amazing, their steaks are prime and cooked to perfection. They slightly undetcook their steaks which allows you to use a very hot salt stone at table side to cook your meat further if you like or just warm the piece you just cut off the steak. Our server Gabby was very knowledgeable and friendly. You felt like you were her only table. This happened to be our Valentine’s Day dinner and we can’t wait to go back and dine again!

A Hole-in-One for Brunch and Beyond

Core 450 has all the right ingredients for a winning experience with great food, excellent flavors, and an inviting atmosphere that feels both upscale and welcoming. Both visits have been nothing short of a delight. Unlike many golf course restaurants, this one manages to keep things relaxed and friendly, with down-to-earth servers who genuinely appreciate your visit. The open kitchen, stylish bar, and stunning all-glass wine storage room tie everything together with a touch of class.

Brunch Takes the Trophy
The real standout here is brunch. The French toast, chicken and waffles, and steak and eggs are all top-tier choices, and if you want to take things up a notch, ask for a salt block—it adds just the right amount of flavor without needing any extra seasoning.

Lunch Delivers, But…
Lunch was also solid, though the menu leans heavily on flatbreads rather than a full range of pizzas. Or maybe they just weren’t available that day.. With that massive wood-fired pizza oven in the kitchen, it feels like they could do even more with it. That said, the wrap I had was fresh, filling, and paired well with crispy fries.

Core 450 nails the balance between upscale dining and casual comfort while being able to watch people hit off the first tee and come in from the 18th. 100% would recommend sitting outside. Whether you’re stopping by after a round of golf or just looking for a fantastic brunch spot, it’s a course worth playing again.

Core 450 provides an excellent overall experience. The food is great. Both lunch and dinner are unique and very high quality. But perhaps more important to me is the staff. This staff from the executive chef to the other assistant chefs, bartenders, servers are all just wonderful people. Always pleasant and professional.
