Very unprofessional food preparation. Family was very disappointed. We received a pizza that tasted like cleaning agents in the crust. With every bite it was confirmed. I should of sent the entire pizza and box off for inspection. Never ordered here after that. I’m feeling ill just thinking about it.

A true Irondequoit gem and anchor in Summerville, NY.
I called in an order and it was ready ahead of schedule. I got a Plate with Cheeseburgers home fries and beans (old school Nicks for the 1980’s) with extra meat sauce, onions and mustard. Extremely reasonably priced. At $12. It weighed close to two pounds when I picked it up. Everything was awesome! I’ve had a lot of plates throughout Rochester and this one deserves your attention. I unfortunately only made it through 2/3’s of it before I was mopping up the sauce with the bread but now I have a snack for later. Bravo.

Spent basically 50$ and the food was terrible. The wings were beyond soggy and the pizza extremely thin and dry. Decided to give this place a try and I wasn’t impressed at all.

We have been customers of Cordellos for a long time ; excellent food and excellent customer service. Since COVID most business’ customer service has been put on the back burner, (pun intended) not Cordellos.

ABOVE AND BEYOND CUSTOMER SERVICE: We order three Cordellos sheet pizzas once a month for our Monthly Connect meetings at Exodus Exterminating. Our entire crew absolutely loves the pizza, and they have never once been late. I usually give them a few days heads up, but last night I suddenly remembered that I never placed the order. I quickly called, in a total panic, just minutes before they closed shop. The night crew was understanding and with basically no notice, went above and beyond to make arrangements to get the pizza to us on time. This morning I heard the pizza come in as I finished our training session, and smiled. They pulled it off, right on time, and the pie was as fantastic as ever. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

We were passing by Rochester on our roadtrip in August, and happened to stop by here for a single slice of cheese pizza on a summery afternoon. I pointed out to the girl at the counter that the cheese was touching the pepperoni and we are vegetarians. They were so kind and made us a whole pizza instead of giving us just a slice. Pizza was yummy and we had it for dinner as well. Thank you to both the ladies who took care of us. We may be back if we do the same trip again.

Both pizza’s tasted like frozen DiGiorno pizza straight out of the freezer. The peppers onions and mushrooms were still raw. The cheese pizza was like chewing on a Nike Air Force One.

They do NOT carry gluten-free pizza also do not order the mushroom cheeseburger the girls that take your order. Don’t know if the mushrooms are supposed to be cooked, I got mine raw and I was supposed to have provolone cheese that gave me American, The oil will never be gluten-free for frying food, The girls that take your order are underage. Oh and on top of all this they are charging a new fee for open meal? Also my honey mustard got a up charge They used to come free on the side and their tater tots were burnt from the oil disgusting I will never eat here again. Had to throw out my entire dinner
