So many times that I had to stopped by at the other coffee shops including the Starbucks, coffee, when I had asked for traditional espresso-macchiato, surprisingly, no place ever would make me one. And most of the time, they do not seem to know what I am asking for.
Carbo’s pastry has the best traditional espresso macchiato, and they do have also other slices of cakes, and pastry Items. The eatery on the other hand next door is for takeout and dining, it is so reasonably pricing and tasty. Because I am an outsider, it was a cheerful experience for me.

Stayed in Little Italy for the weekend, and boy was this place a TREAT! Hands down the best cake I’ve ever had in my 26 years of existence. I absolutely will be getting my wedding cake made here in the future. Don’t like cake? No worries! This place has just about everything. I also purchased a box of assorted cookies—everyone at the office raved about them. 10/10 across the board! Wish I lived closer!

We stopped into Corbo’s the other week after church for a cannoli and it occurred to me that I hadn’t written a review from our wedding back in October 2022 yet! Let me begin with, Corbo’s bakery is still unmatched, to this current day. We devoured our cannolis and practically inhaled the cookies we also got, because everything here is Valerie is also still the sweet, caring, boss babe she was at our cake tasting back in ‘22! Which, let me tell youuu, we went to some cake tastings prior to Corbo’s and wow, did every single one of those bakeries miss the mark, in every way – customer service, presentation, taste, you name it. But not Corbo’s! They nailed every aspect of the experience. Valerie gave us an actual full slice of each cake flavor, whatever beverages we wanted to accompany our experience, napkins, forks and an iPad with cake designs and let us just enjoy the experience at a table off in the corner. Every piece of cake, delectable! The designs, exquisite! Valerie’s care and attentiveness, spectacular! We opted for a two tier cake – cassata on the bottom layer, chocolate raspberry on the top and in between the two layers -MINI CANNOLIS This was our favorite part of wedding planning tbh. The delivery and set up of our cake was perfection. Everything was immaculate. I still get tears in my eyes thinking about our wedding cake! And people still tell us to this day how much they loved it, how delicious, how beautiful, how the cannoli was next level. We could not thank Corbo’s enough for being an integral part of our wedding! And we want to thank them for continuing to serve up the best bakery around, so much so that we’re more than willing to drive 45 minutes from home when we want a sweet treat!

Stopped by here for breakfast with my brother. An amazing assortment of authentic pastries and baked goods. Spoke with Annette, a member of the Corbo family. She was super cool, authentic, and approachable. This spot feels like an institution, and the pastries weee absolutely bomb. Don’t skip on the Sfagliatella…it is insane. 10/10

This bakery is amazing. I was told to go here. I heard that there cannolis are the best ever. They are freshly filled, never prefilled. I didn’t try one because once I got there and saw the selection, it was pretty hard to choose. Everything was delicious.My son said they were the best macarons he has ever had, and he’s tried a lot. Make sure to check this place out if you’re in town.

Stopped in for breakfast and coffee before visiting the Cleveland Museum of Art. Pastries were EXCELLENT. Rich, fresh, expertly made. Annette Corbo (family ownership) served and was friendly and genuine. Would legit eat here weekly if I lived in the area. Highly recommend!
