This was my first time having a gluten, dairy, and soy free cake! It was so good, I didn’t even miss the gluten & dairy. My husband (who is not gluten & dairy free) also loved it, and said he preferred it over regular cake! I love that we have a place that is so accommodating to many dietary restrictions.

Love this place and the selection! Perfect for those who have Celiac, like my husband. They have a pretty good selection of things daily, and are great with custom orders. We like to pick and few things to go, walk across the street and get coffee. What a lovely way to spend a Saturday morning!

Completely safe for those with nut allergies. I cannot even begin to tell you how incredible it was to actually be able to have options and to have to decide which pastry, cookie, or cupcake I wanted to purchase. And the raspberry cheesecake pastry: so good. Thank you for your hospitality and inclusivity and even if you don’t have food allergies you have to stop by Corbin’s!!

Everything in the shop is Gluten and nut free! I really appreciate visiting a place where I can eat anything! The owner helped us and checked us out. She was very friendly and personable. Great customer service. All of the confections looked delicious. I had the red velvet cupcake with cream cheese icing and it was delicious!

I ordered a cake for my daughter’s baby shower. Shanna was terrific! I sent her a photo of our art style, and let her do her thing. The finished result was literally a work of art. Not only was the cake beautiful, but it was delicious, moist and fluffy. We chose two flavors, mocha and vanilla. The fondant was perfect. Several of our guests commented that though they had never liked fondant before, they loved this.
No one could believe it was all gluten free.
Corbin’s is pricey, but you definitely get what you pay for.

I have celiac disease and this was absolutely incredible for me! You want to get there decently early because once they’re sold out of something they’re out. Everything is so fresh and has such a great texture, which is such a nice surprise for gluten free goodies.

Finally stopped in, and what a delight! The cinnamon buns and chocolate cookie were moist, tasty and fulfilling. They offered me a sample of their bread which also tasted amazing. It wasn’t dry and crumbly like many GF breads. I will be a regular customer.
