My first visit to this place was exceptional, and the weather could not have been better. We took full advantage of the outdoor seating for a delightful late dinner.
Upon arrival, we sat at the bar while waiting for our table, and the bartender was fantastic—her warm greeting was definitely a highlight. The manager also introduced himself, adding a personal touch to our experience. I must commend the wife on the stunning decor too!

Drove from Montgomery to visit. I love the self serve wine bar. Taylor was amazing! The Mediterranean flatbread was toasted more than I would have liked & a little tough. The RHT drink was delicious. I’d like to see a veggie flatbread added to the menu. I love the decor & atmosphere…great for a date night or a girls night out. Overall definitely recommend & Ill be returning for a girls day.

We went to this location for a girls’ social event, and we truly enjoyed it. Heather was amazing handling our large party. The ambiance was very nice. Choosing and sampling wines was easy to navigate once they explained it. We will definitely be back.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They frequently check-in and made sure that you knew how to navigate everything. The cheese flatbread was phenomenal! The temperature of the flatbread was perfect. This Wine Bar is a perfect addition to Birmingham.

SO thrilled about Corbeau. My husband works in the wine importer industry and we are very big wine people. Many of our friends said they found wine to be intimidating or that they didn’t know where to start… what I love about Corbeau is that they remove that barrier entirely! The selection was great (a mix of recognizable brands to more unique names) and it caters so well to both the wine lovers and the wine-curious. Because you get to tap your card, get a tasting size, and determine exactly what you may like, it’s so great for those who want to explore! (I made a bee-line for a full glass of Gamay though, so just if you’re after something specific, they probably have it too!). Such a great addition to Trussville and I’m beyond excited about their business model. Great snacks too. Can’t wait to go back!

I have been waiting for Corbeau to open for what seems like years, and it’s finally here!! The wine, food, and atmosphere did not disappoint. We had the Mediterranean Flatbread (olives on the side) and an assortment of wine. Everything was absolutely delicious. We look forward to coming back again!

Awesome experience. Waitress was extremely helpful with wine selection and food choices. Owner was engaging from the moment we walked thru the door. He offered samples and explained the origin of some of the wines and beers. We had flatbread pizzas which we personalized and were very good. The ambiance was warm, welcoming, and beautifully decorated to match the holiday season. We will definitely be visiting again soon.
