This food was great! We had the carne asada, desayuno catracho, and tacos fritos. All were great, and was enough food to stuff 3 people, or a fair amount for 4. The sauces were tasty, especially the creamy sauce with the plantain chips. The kids and I loved it all, and we look forward to coming back! They were able to accommodate dairy sensitivity for one child, and put the cheese and sauces on the side.

Food was ok not authentic it had the Honduran vibes with out the originality of Honduras. But cmon it’s Seattle lol haha it was pretty good tho. Service was quick and fast.
The tortilla was a burrito tortilla if u ever a a BALEADA the tortilla is different and hand made. But a C+ for the effort and decor on truck was the best

Great food, and affordable. The beleadas are great for kids as well. Like the owner pointed out to me, some items will need to be eaten quickly because it could get soggy. I drove 8 minutes away and it was still great. Very good food, I’ll be going back often!

It was the first time trying food from a place that specifically sells Honduran food, everything was delicious. The only thing I can recommend at the moment is the CarneAsada, the rest will be in a next time.

Honduran food truck at a gas station, serving traditional Honduran food. A small table on site to dine in. Ordered Carna Asada. Meat was a bit too well done, and almost $27, a lot more than expected at a food truck. Food was tasty and service was quick, nonetheless.

Had my eye on this gas station spot for a while—did not disappoint! Ordered the green plantain dish with ground beef and could’ve split it four ways the serving size was so generous. Delicious plantain chips with cheese, meat, veggies, slaw, and cheese. Gotta come back and try more things!
