We used Corazon Cake Company for our wedding. We ordered lots of cupcakes & then a small cutting cake for myself and my husband. Caitlyn made the planning process so easy & we loved getting to pick different fall flavors for our tasting. Our gluten free & gluten full guests ended up LOVING the cupcakes. We had around 90 guests & all 108 cupcakes were gone by the end of the night!! Our cutting cake was fabulous as well! Highly recommend Caitlyn for your upcoming events. Definitely check her out at farmer’s markets for a little sweet treat too!

Now to shout out our cake baker, Corazon Cake Company! Caitlyn did our wedding cake GF and DF and was even kind enough to bring a few vegan slices to accomodate a few guests. We had a three tier cake that was part raspberry lemonade flavor, and the rest vanilla and lemon buttercream. SO SO delicious and the cake was beautiful. Everyone LOVED it. I also highly recommend Caitlyn as a professional. She was so kind and helpful during our initial cake testing and on the day of our wedding, we loved working with her!

Truly the best gluten free cake you will ever have !! I met Caitlyn at the farmers market and tried her single serve slice loved it so much to the point I cancelled my wedding cake with a different company to order one through her. If I didn’t tell people it was gluten free they would not have known!! She is so sweet too 🙂

Corazon Cake Company created the wedding cake of my dreams! Not only was it the best cake my husband and I have ever tasted, but it was also stunning and looked absolutely gorgeous in our elopement photos. The BEST gluten free cake I’ve ever had, and it was for our wedding!!! I’ve never heard of wedding guests (or myself) care about the cake at a wedding or even know where it is sometimes, and we had people raving about it all night and LITERALLY texting us the next day saying how good it was. And when we told them it was gluten free, they were all totally shocked. Also Caitlyn is awesome and was so fun to work with!!! I would have worked with her as a person regardless of the cake. She also has super fun cake flavors, we did funfetti for our cake and then regular chocolate and vanilla cupcakes. I will definitely be using her again for other cake needs and highly highly recommend!

My partner and I first tried a cake from Corazon Cake Company at a friend’s birthday party. It was delicious and we had no idea that a gluten-free cake could taste so good! We met Caitlyn at this party and thought she was great. While planning for our wedding, we knew we wanted a dessert option through Corazon Cake Company. We scheduled a tasting and it was so enjoyable. Caitlyn answered every question we had, provided helpful information, and was transparent about her (very affordable) pricing. I requested a Blue Ridge Mountain theme on the cake based on a previous cake I had seen from her on social media, and she was thrilled to bring that vision to life. The cake and cupcakes were a big hit at the wedding–the few gluten-free guests we had felt so included and appreciated, and it was fun to see others realize like we had how delicious gluten-free baking can be. I don’t have to eat Gluten-free food. I did once for about 4 months 15 years ago. It was tough to do. I love Corazón Cake Company‘s products not because they are gluten free; but because they are just so really good. “Really good” is a guy phrase for “fantastic” or “great.” I have my favorites and Caitlyn knows what they are. She’s very creative with her flavor combinations. Her cakes slices are always moist. When you eat the icing you just know she didn’t cut any corners with the ingredients. Caitlyn is the only person I know who bakes Gluten-free cakes and sweets. Trust me; you wouldn’t know they were Gluten-free unless she told you. My favorites are her Apple-Cinnamon cakes slices and her Million Dollar Shortbread thingies (not sure of the exact name) made with a shortbread bottoms (really, really good stuff) with a layer of salty caramel covered with chocolate.
