Arrived during dinner service. Bearnice or Beatrice at the front desk (apologies if I got her name wrong) guided me with directions. Hostess was awesome. Met Adrian my server. He was helpful in menu selection, good service too. Right then, I ordered the Grilled Churrasco w/ veggies, Key Lime pie for dessert. Presentation was flawless. I recommend having the Chimichurri sauce on the side. Here’s why, with the Chimichurri sauce on top, it can mask the seasoning of the Churrasco. It was good hear music in the background. Prior to giving Adrain an extra for tip for good service. I went to the concierge desk for change. A nearby employee made a off hand comment about my appearance & skin color. I had to resolve that matter. Check the video cameras, observed my body language & the hotel staff during that incident. Visit dedicated to my then German American ex girlfriend who looks like Lagertha from a vikings tv show. As she’d say “When given the service. Pay it Forward, or Pow right in your kisser (meaning me) & to the moon lol. Cue in the song ” Ready Steady Go” by Paul Oakenfold and “Cruel Summer” song by Taylor Swift. ✌️
The food is overpriced for what you get. We had Mini Cuban Sliders and the Onion Tower. Every piece of this dinner was constructed of processed foods that come already prepared. Any teenager could fry onion rings, douse them with sauce, take ham and turkey sandwich meat and construct a slider like these. We paid $10 each fir the sliders, $8 for the onion rings, $17 for a martini sized margarita, $12 for a Cuban Mule, and the 18% gratuity was automatically added.
They don’t want you to use cash. They want you to use your charge card. The waiter was on point. The atmosphere is kid friendly, yet cozy enough to be romantic. Very clean restaurant.
No answer when you call…over charged from what menu says….and gratuity for a pick up…
Very poor menu section… Tasty but overpriced food…$18 for a cheese burger and fries. Got in line at 7:00 PM… Told it was a 15 minute wait… Got to table at 8:00… Order taken at 8:20… Wine delivered at 8:30… Food arrived at 8:45. So much for a quick bit to eat.
Way under staffed!!
2 hours and $100 later…3 burgers and 3 glasses of wine… Yikes!
Sucks!!
