Arrived during dinner service. Bearnice or Beatrice at the front desk (apologies if I got her name wrong) guided me with directions. Hostess was awesome. Met Adrian my server. He was helpful in menu selection, good service too. Right then, I ordered the Grilled Churrasco w/ veggies, Key Lime pie for dessert. Presentation was flawless. I recommend having the Chimichurri sauce on the side. Here’s why, with the Chimichurri sauce on top, it can mask the seasoning of the Churrasco. It was good hear music in the background. Prior to giving Adrain an extra for tip for good service. I went to the concierge desk for change. A nearby employee made a off hand comment about my appearance & skin color. I had to resolve that matter. Check the video cameras, observed my body language & the hotel staff during that incident. Visit dedicated to my then German American ex girlfriend who looks like Lagertha from a vikings tv show. As she’d say “When given the service. Pay it Forward, or Pow right in your kisser (meaning me) & to the moon lol. Cue in the song ” Ready Steady Go” by Paul Oakenfold and “Cruel Summer” song by Taylor Swift. ✌️

If you are staying at the Hilton Airport Blue Lagoon Hotel, you are trapped into eating at one of two restaurants located within the hotel. It is too far to walk or Uber to a better restaurant. You will pay for that convenience.

The food is overpriced for what you get. We had Mini Cuban Sliders and the Onion Tower. Every piece of this dinner was constructed of processed foods that come already prepared. Any teenager could fry onion rings, douse them with sauce, take ham and turkey sandwich meat and construct a slider like these. We paid $10 each fir the sliders, $8 for the onion rings, $17 for a martini sized margarita, $12 for a Cuban Mule, and the 18% gratuity was automatically added.

They don’t want you to use cash. They want you to use your charge card. The waiter was on point. The atmosphere is kid friendly, yet cozy enough to be romantic. Very clean restaurant.

Great dinner. We decided to eat in the hotel because we were tired. The food was really good. We were happy we stayed in.

Had to give it a star to get this review written. It doesn’t deserve a whole star. Service is awful. Service is absent. Prices are way out of line. Food is Pedestrian, Nothing at all special. This place doesn’t even care enough about service to pick up the credit card and Process payment. I had to take it to the desk. The staff obviously don’t want to work there. I cant imagine why they even have staff. Self service would be a lot less frustrating. Complete and total disappointment.

Run… Don’t walk… From this restaurant!!
Very poor menu section… Tasty but overpriced food…$18 for a cheese burger and fries. Got in line at 7:00 PM… Told it was a 15 minute wait… Got to table at 8:00… Order taken at 8:20… Wine delivered at 8:30… Food arrived at 8:45. So much for a quick bit to eat.

Way under staffed!!

2 hours and $100 later…3 burgers and 3 glasses of wine… Yikes!

Sucks!!

Chicken plate didn’t have much flavor, chicken was a bit dry. The skin had all the flavor but the meat itself didn’t. The tostones needed some sazon or garlic salt, all you tasted from the tostones was plantain and grease. Too expensive for the food to be this bland

Ate here whilst staying at the hotel. Food very overpriced but I was too tired to look elsewhere after more than 10 hours travelling. Only ordered a BLT but it was dry and the bacon over crispy.

The staff is attentive and kind. The food is good. I do wish they used more earth and people friendly takeout containers, instead of Styrofoam – hot food in Styrofoam – not good.
