For starters, we ordered Anita’s Anticucheras (wings). Incredibly flavorful. For our entrées, we had the Lomo Saltado and Camarones Chaufero. Again, packed with flavor. And for dessert, the Crème Volteada and Crème Brûlée. Just as equally delicious as our starters and entrees.
That’s really the theme of this place: everything is just so Flavorful!! No matter what you order, even down to the simple side dish of white rice. Honestly, some of the best rice I’ve ever had along with rice in their shrimp fried rice dish.
And the creamy yellow table sauce (also named coracora) was bursting with flavor.
From start to finish, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The restaurant decor and ambiance and presentation of the food only added to what was already a wonderful dining experience.
The only downside is the price point on some of the entrées. They are admittedly a bit on the high side. But aside from that, it’s absolutely a place I’d return to again and again, and one I can easily recommend for anyone looking to try a delicious meal.
The space is beautiful, sleek, modern, and thoughtfully designed with dark woods, dramatic backlit details, and an open layout that feels lively without being overwhelming. There’s also a private room that works well as overflow seating.
We started with the Inca Salad, which was light, fresh, and citrusy, and the Croquetas de Ají de Gallina, perfectly crisp outside with a creamy, flavorful filling inside, comfort food done right.
For mains, the Arroz con Pato stood out with rich, aromatic rice, tender duck, and a fried egg that brought everything together once the yolk broke. The Seco de Tira was deeply flavorful, with braised short rib served alongside tacu tacu that soaked up the sauce beautifully. The Arroz Chaufa was another hit, savory, balanced, and comforting.
Desserts were excellent. The Dulce de Leche Cake was moist and indulgent, and the Crema Volteada was silky, smooth, and perfectly balanced.
The food is the same great Peruvian cuisine we’ve loved for years, now in a more elegant setting. We were told this location was 14 years in the making, and it shows. After the grand opening, this place is going to be very popular.
Highly recommend.
Definitely one of my favorite restaurants. Thank you for the pisco ❤️
What truly made the night unforgettable was our waiter, JEAN FRANCO. He was absolutely amazing. Attentive without hovering, super knowledgeable about the menu, and genuinely warm and friendly. He made fantastic recommendations and made us feel taken care of the entire time. Service like his turns a great dinner into a memorable experience.
If you are looking for delicious food, great drinks, and outstanding service, this place is a must. We will definitely be back and asking for JEAN FRANCO again. Highly recommend!
Worth the wait. Food and drinks were unique and great. We had ceviche, empanadas, duck, salmon, seafood soup, dessert was tres leche and caramel cookies. Can’t wait to go back!
The service was A1, and the food was spectacular. We tried ceviche, pasta, arroz con pato, and desserts — everything was delicious.
The drinks were also amazing, especially the maracuyá sour and the pisco sour.
Highly recommended! ✨
