Everything was absolutely fantastic! We went for an early birthday lunch and truly loved every single dish.

For starters, we ordered Anita’s Anticucheras (wings). Incredibly flavorful. For our entrées, we had the Lomo Saltado and Camarones Chaufero. Again, packed with flavor. And for dessert, the Crème Volteada and Crème Brûlée. Just as equally delicious as our starters and entrees.

That’s really the theme of this place: everything is just so Flavorful!! No matter what you order, even down to the simple side dish of white rice. Honestly, some of the best rice I’ve ever had along with rice in their shrimp fried rice dish.

And the creamy yellow table sauce (also named coracora) was bursting with flavor.

From start to finish, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The restaurant decor and ambiance and presentation of the food only added to what was already a wonderful dining experience.

The only downside is the price point on some of the entrées. They are admittedly a bit on the high side. But aside from that, it’s absolutely a place I’d return to again and again, and one I can easily recommend for anyone looking to try a delicious meal.

We visited the new location of Coracora during their soft opening and were seriously impressed.

The space is beautiful, sleek, modern, and thoughtfully designed with dark woods, dramatic backlit details, and an open layout that feels lively without being overwhelming. There’s also a private room that works well as overflow seating.

We started with the Inca Salad, which was light, fresh, and citrusy, and the Croquetas de Ají de Gallina, perfectly crisp outside with a creamy, flavorful filling inside, comfort food done right.

For mains, the Arroz con Pato stood out with rich, aromatic rice, tender duck, and a fried egg that brought everything together once the yolk broke. The Seco de Tira was deeply flavorful, with braised short rib served alongside tacu tacu that soaked up the sauce beautifully. The Arroz Chaufa was another hit, savory, balanced, and comforting.

Desserts were excellent. The Dulce de Leche Cake was moist and indulgent, and the Crema Volteada was silky, smooth, and perfectly balanced.

The food is the same great Peruvian cuisine we’ve loved for years, now in a more elegant setting. We were told this location was 14 years in the making, and it shows. After the grand opening, this place is going to be very popular.

Highly recommend.

It’s impossible to come to Cora Cora and not see Jan Franco — he truly makes every visit unforgettable! He is hands down the best waiter ever. His service always takes my experience to another level, and he consistently goes above and beyond to make everything perfect. The food is always amazing, and his attention to detail makes it even better.

Definitely one of my favorite restaurants. Thank you for the pisco ❤️

I went to their original location which I learned is now to-go only, and then found out they just opened a this new & improved location. They’re located in Blue Back Square which is perfect for any night! This restaurant is absolutely STUNNING! The ambiance is relaxed and laid back, but still lively with the great music! The music is not too loud, but perfect enough to tune out the background noise. The bar is BEAUTIFUL, with very comfy bar stools. The bartenders were amazing, attentive, and very hard working. We tried the “La Patrona” and the “Inca Azteca”. Both had a nice kick and great flavor! I would recommend the La Patrona for someone looking for something sweet and the Inca Azteca if you want something strong. We had the wings and empanadas for appetizers. The chicken wings paired great with the potato fries and fried cheese. It may look a little off but all the flavors together work amazingly well. We tried the Lomo (beef) empanada and because they were out of chicken, we tried the guava and cheese and boy am I glad, the guava and cheese empanada was sweet and light. It tasted almost like a danish! The beef one was full of meat and the pastry was baked or fried to perfection! Then the star of the show… I fly across the country for their chaufa!!!! The absolute best rice hands down. You will dream about it! MUST try!! So happy for Cora Cora and wish them many years of success at this new location!! Can’t wait to return. MAKE RESERVATIONS AS THEY ARE VERY BUSY WITH JUST OPENING!

Absolutely loved our experience at CoraCora in Blue Back Square. From the moment we walked in the vibe was fun, welcoming, and energetic. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, and the drinks were top tier. Everything tasted thoughtfully made and worth every bite.

What truly made the night unforgettable was our waiter, JEAN FRANCO. He was absolutely amazing. Attentive without hovering, super knowledgeable about the menu, and genuinely warm and friendly. He made fantastic recommendations and made us feel taken care of the entire time. Service like his turns a great dinner into a memorable experience.

If you are looking for delicious food, great drinks, and outstanding service, this place is a must. We will definitely be back and asking for JEAN FRANCO again. Highly recommend!

For some reason the bar was swamped. Apps came out before drinks. Like we should’ve order dinner but we waited for the drinks.

Worth the wait. Food and drinks were unique and great. We had ceviche, empanadas, duck, salmon, seafood soup, dessert was tres leche and caramel cookies. Can’t wait to go back!

We visited Coracora yesterday and we truly loved it. The design and décor are beautiful, especially the dining room featuring the mural by Rudolph Castro.
The service was A1, and the food was spectacular. We tried ceviche, pasta, arroz con pato, and desserts — everything was delicious.
The drinks were also amazing, especially the maracuyá sour and the pisco sour.
Highly recommended! ✨

My wife and I sat at the bar on a Saturday night. We were greeted very fast from the bartender whose name was James. He was very polite and friendly. All night he was attentive and fast with our requests. Down to earth guy that you can tell loved his job and took pride in it. He made really good drinks also. The food was amazing. Very authentic and flavorful. Definitely recommend this place 5 stars no doubt. The ambience was very nice as well.
