We were there with my family of five and waited for a server to give us menu. After asking one of them, we were told, I will be with you in a minute. We watched her seat another two gentlemen in which they were given menus. We waited but watched them give those same people who came after us their drinks and even took their order. Tried to get another servers attention and still ignored. I really liked their pizza but the servers need not be choosy on who they serve. We ended up just walking out.

The ONLY pizza place we order from. They are simply the best! Whether we’re eating in or grabbing take out, the staff here are so friendly and accommodating. Just today, I mistakenly ordered the wrong pizza online and when I realized the mistake, they immediately offered to make a new one for me, free of charge. Great customer service and great food!

Coppola is one of my favorite places to eat. The pizza is always fresh and full of flavor, and the Nonna slices are seriously amazing. Cheesesteaks come out fast, hot, and never disappoint. I also love their salads, everything is super fresh, and the grilled chicken is always perfectly cooked. The staff is so friendly and welcoming every time I come in. It’s the kind of place I love bringing friends and family to, especially when we want something quick, easy, and delicious. Great food, great people! Love Coppola!

This used to be my go to for great pizza. Unfortunately, the service has been terrible since it turned into a “training center”. I basically order the same thing 90% of the time. One slice of plain, one slice of sausage, and a soda. The ‘new guy’ got my order wrong the very first time he waited on me. Really? I didn’t place a catering order. Okay, he’s new, give him a break. The last time I was there (and I usually go around 11:30 am, it’s never busy at that time) he gets the order wrong again! If you can’t handle a simple order of 2 slices of pizza, you’re in the wrong business, pal. I’ve been going there for 10 years and until recently, I’ve NEVER had a bad experience. It’s not just the service, the prices are getting ridiculous and the slices are getting smaller and smaller. I do realize prices are on the rise all over, but it’s the combination of the prices and bad service.

I randomly stopped into Coppola one day and now I’m hooked. It’s one of those places that feels like a local secret, even though everyone clearly loves it. The vibe is laid back, the food comes out fast, and everything I’ve tried has been on point. You can tell they put care into what they serve.
