Service was amazing! We had Orla as our server and she was so nice! She made sure to ask how our food was while making recommendations on what food, drinks, and even desserts we should get! The drinks were amazing while the food was even better. Me and my family will definitely be coming back! The atmosphere is cozy and warm, it is very clean and welcoming! In just a few minutes the place was packed! By 5:30 there was a large line of people but the servers were still moving quickly to get people in and out happily! The manager stopped by our table and was very kind! Amazing experience

Hugely expansive menu that amazingly doesn’t sacrifice quality for quantity. Topped only by the fast and friendly wait staff. No reservations can be had, but the call ahead wait-list is absolutely fine and almost more convenient

We had an awesome first time visiting the new location! The hostesses were so kind and welcoming as we were seated and our server, Ryan, was very attentive and kind. The menu has a huge selection, but I landed on the chicken tender appetizer. For around $15, the portion was HUGE and delicious! The best chicken tenders I have had in a long time! A manager stopped at our table to check in and was very hospitable. Upon leaving around 1pm, the whole place was full and appeared to be on a wait. We can’t wait to stop by again!

I didn’t have a reservation but only had to wait 15 minutes to be seated. I ordered the Hot Honey chicken sandwich and it was delicious, the only thing I wish is that the bun for the sandwich was bigger.

Our party of 17 for dinner tonight was absolutely amazing. Made reservation with manager week prior and he made courtesy call day of to confirm. He was very nice. Steven was our waiter and he did an absolutely outstanding job. All our food was delivered together and quickly. He was very gracious and we never had to ask for refills or need to look for him if we needed anything. The food was delicious and the portions were well worth the price. Everyone went home with a doggie bag. I would highly recommend. Great job Coppertop.

My friend & I wanted to try this coppertop (Erie blvd) location because it was closer to us. We love the other 2 so we figured it would be good as usual… Well… everything was good until we got our food! Before the waitress could place the food on the table I noticed a long piece of hair in my food. The other food was good. When we went to pay the waitress claimed that the credit card didn’t go through so we gave another. When we left my friend noticed that the charge was on her credit card. So we double paid.. She contacted them & they were said they would call her back.. This was 2weeks ago..we even went back & contacted them by phone again but they were rude & said they didn’t give refunds even though they saw the charge. They also said this has been happening since they opened but can’t give any refunds. We will never go back to Coppertop!! Unprofessional!!
