Copper State Brewing Company in Green Bay is a go-to spot anytime you’re in the District. They’ve got a great selection of brews with something for everyone, and the staff is always welcoming and friendly.
We stopped in on a Tuesday and were pleasantly surprised to catch some talented locals playing their favorite instruments. It added such a cool, laid-back energy to the night and really showcased the community vibe this place has.
I believe our bartender was Alicia, and she was awesome! Her energy, personality, and attentiveness truly made the experience even better. Between the great beer, live music, and outstanding service, Copper State is definitely a place we’ll keep coming back to.

Honestly it was so amazing there. The staff is always super friendly and the atmosphere is very cozy. So far each time I’ve gone I have not been disappointed.

We tried coming here three times now, Love the service the people here are awesome, food is decent, our team comes for meetings / coffee ect. then food after for our group, Sadly we can’t use this place for anything practice or work related as they have no internet speed, our second time here I spoke with the manager about the internet speed as we came to have meetings and work its needed at least the minimum 50 down 50 up, common for even the most out of date households, regrettably his response was “Well mines working fine”, we chalked it up as yeah everyone has off days, maybe he wasn’t trying to be so condescending, the server asked them to reset the wifi so we were hoping our third stop down would be a winner, sadly it is not, internet speeds posted here, again useless.
I see lots of people con computers here attempting the same, this should really be a no-brainer easy fix for a small business

I had a really fun experience at this place. Lots of great beers to choose from. My son and I tasted a few different beers while enjoying the outside patio.
What added to the atmosphere was the farmer’s market adjacent to the building. We were lucky enough to be there on a Wednesday evening where the town had blocked off the entire street for pedestrian traffic. The crowd was a good size, but not too overwhelming. And there were lots of food trucks lined up with different offerings … and some great live music to take the whole experience to the next level.

This was the first time I visited Copper State and it won’t be the last! The bartender, Michael, helped me decide a beer I’d like and had a great attitude. I ended up ordering the Rugged North burger and it was GREAT! All around cool place with way better food than most breweries.

Excellent experience with super great brew & warm Wisconsinites!! This is the first brewery with a coffee house inside, so legit! The hazies, sours, stouts, and pizza was ! The only thing I would improve is the merch. The merch is great, but nothing says Greenbay, Wisconsin on it and tourists live to flaunt the brew cities they visit!

We stopped in early on Valentine’s Day and were seated upstairs at a high table, near the stairs. The spot was perfect, away from the more bustling downstairs. From the start, our waitress was kind and funny and paid great attention to detail, both with my husband’s first beer that was the bottom of the keg…so she brought him another without us even asking or noticing…to the free cookies because we put our phones in the recharge box. WE didn’t even know that was a thing, but she noticed! We did not catch her name, but we were there between 430-530pm. Our food was great and my cocktails were tasty. Thank you for the outstanding customer service!

Wife and I came here for an early Friday night dinner. We beat the rush and got to be seated next to the warm and cozy wood fire in the corner. Olivia our waitress was very attentive to our drink and food orders, and she is pleasant to chat with. We happened to be chatting about our making this one of our regular dining places. A gentleman putting wood in the fire commented how he was happy to hear that. After inquiring he humbly introduced himself as John and he and his wife are the owners. We got to chat with him about the history of the area. We are definitely coming back and are going to take one of the tours they offer. Highly recommend this establishment! Thank you!!
