Came here on a Saturday afternoon to watch a Gator basketball game. It was very chill and the food was clearly homemade and really good, not just some mass marketed bar food. The bartender was also serving everyone and did a great job. Would definitely go back

I’m all about tipping well if it’s deserved, but to add a 38% automatic gratuity after waiting nearly 10 minutes to be closed out is super scummy. I had only ordered 4 drinks for my friends and I and was overcharged just because I didn’t close out! I understand tipping culture and would’ve gladly tipped if given the opportunity, but with the service I received, disputing the charge at this point is my only option!

Julius was polite and effective with the orders and helped with suggestions. The place was clean and had a constant theme. Food was good quality and overall the bill was very fair. We had the nachos and mozzarella sticks and tried a few different drinks. They were nice enough to put the world cup on for us. I’d like to stress that Julius was an amazing server and I’d be back just because of his amazing service and kindness.
Parking was plentiful. Nice patio area. Will be back to try the pizza. Thanks copper rocket, and thanks Julius!

If I could’ve given zero stars I would’ve. The service is terrible and the food is worse. The manager sat there and watched us looking for our server and didn’t even offer to help. The cooks don’t even wear hair nets, the food is fried in old/dirty grease, and if they give you something that doesn’t meet your standards don’t you dare expect them to take it back and they will tell you in the rudest possible way. It was my first and last visit.

From the moment we stepped in, the establishment seemed chaotic and lacking in basic customer service. There was no warm greeting, no staff to guide us to a table, leaving us to fend for ourselves.
After twiddling our thumbs for 20 long minutes, we took the initiative to approach a waitress and fetch our own menus. A restaurant’s first impression is paramount, and at this point, we should’ve recognized the red flags and departed. But in the spirit of giving a second chance, we decided to order.
My appetite was modest, so I opted for the deep-fried Oreos. Others in our group sought heartier meals like the Buffalo Chicken Wrap, Club Wrap, and a Club Sandwich. Josie, our server, was the one silver lining amidst this chaos. She was visibly overwhelmed, having to handle the entire floor alone and juggle drink-making due to an uncooperative bartender. Her sincere apologies resonated, but it’s the management and kitchen that need a serious re-evaluation.
The inconsistency in delivering our orders was frustrating. First came the Buffalo Chicken Wrap, then a prolonged wait, and an eventual revelation that they’d run out of turkey for the other dishes! To add insult to injury, after what felt like an eternity, they admitted they couldn’t even provide the deep-fried Oreos due to a lack of batter.
To the management of The Copper Rocket: your inefficiency is costing you more than just a negative review. If you aren’t able to ensure basic service standards, perhaps it’s best to reconsider your place in the restaurant industry. As a reviewer, I evaluate based on met expectations. I’ve praised establishments that deliver on their promises, regardless of their stature. The Copper Rocket, despite its spotlight on “Bar Rescue”, clearly needs more than a mere rescue. Jon Taffer would be livid with such mismanagement.
To potential patrons, I’d advise you to reconsider your choice. Your time, money, and appetite deserve better. I hope The Copper Rocket reflects on this feedback and initiates a radical change for the betterment of its future patrons.

Our riding group dropped in here on Sunday a morning. The staff, though surprised by eleven of us right after opening, handled our requests quickly and pleasantly.
We all liked the staff and the food. A great 1/2 pound burger, fries and cola, was under 15 bucks.
This is a nice place for lunch with easy access, clean, with flat screens everywhere.
They provided good service for our group.

Great atmosphere for watching pro football on a Sunday! The house made chilli was a great topping for on a snappy dog. The draft coors light was cold and crisp too!

The location of this establishment is great. Parking was a bit iffy, but I guess dependent on the time of day. There are multiple businesses in this center.
A good place for a party, they have designated areas for gatherings. However if you bring in your entertainment let them know your spot is where the live music is.
The place was cozy and intimate, the selection of food, yes they have food, was not bad either. A good place to lime, have fun!

I love the vibe of this pub! Super chill and cozy, the food was amazing as well. Food took its time to come out, nothing too crazy, but it was piping hot when it did. Highly recommend the Bianca pizza and giant pretzel.
