We came here 11/29/2025 for my mom’s birthday and it was a phenomenal experience! We asked for a specific seat and got seated there with no issues whatsoever. We got drinks quickly and didn’t once have to ask for refills as our server was completely all over it from start to finish. Hannah W. was friendly, respectful, attentive and efficient…I wish every server was like her! Our meals were perfectly and deliciously made and super hot when brought out. I haven’t been there since 2022 because I felt like this location had gone “down hill” so tonight was my first time back…what a complete turnaround. I’m not sure if it’s new cooks, new management, new employees or a mix of all of that, but this location in Greer has earned the business back of 7 customers! We’ll definitely be back soon! My mom said she had the best birthday meal and loved the quiet and relaxing atmosphere…thank you all!

Food was great. Service was good. We had my nieces 18th birthday dinner here. We had 12-15 people. There wasn’t a table big enough to accommodate,but we made it work. We sat at 2 separate tables because the tables are bolted to the floor so they can’t be moved. My only real complaint is that it took over an hour to get our food after it was ordered. I’ve never waited for my food that long anywhere. No one ever said anything to us about why it was taking so long or even offered an apology. My sister in law tried reservations at haywood rd location and they didn’t want to even try to accommodate us so we ended up in Greer. Not sure if I will go back to a copper river grill location ever.

Hello, my experience at Copper River was different yesterday evening. As we entered the building, the host was nice and respectful. The manager he turned his head when he saw us. Okay, moving on the host sits us down in a booth. She was nice then our waitress came and she was amazing. Thank you to the hostess and waitress for being respectful and nice.
The manager walked past our table never spoke, turned his head the other way. Rude, disrespectful, and he made the atmosphere horrible. I was taught as a cashier or it doesn’t matter to treat people right. He went to everyone’s table and spoke to them. He cleaned the table in front of us and behind us. Not a word! This is the person that is the leader. My question is how can you lead , when you do not know how to lead? How can you say you’re professional, when you’re not?
Speaking and greeting customers does not cost a thing. I give him a zero and I pray for his staff that they are treated better than we were. To the cooks thank you. The food was great and shout out to you all.

Our small family gets together once or twice a year. Monday night was our Thanksgiving! 3 of us are nurses and getting a holiday off is rare. Good company, good food, our waitress was very sweet, great smile, willing to help with whatever we needed and best part, we didn’t have to clean the dishes. Great family spot. Very grateful and very blessed. Thank you for dinner sir.

I had the lunch special burger with a baked potato. That’s how you make a burger. So much flavor and cooked just as I ordered. The baked potato was large and fresh. My wife ordered the soup and salad. She said the she crab soup was delicious and the salad was fresh and crisp. It came with a croissant that is likely illegal in several states. We will definitely be back soon.

We were seated immediately. The food was excellent! But the service was not great. The server took forever to come back to the table. When we were finished eating, it took at least 15 minutes for the server to come back and take our cards for payment. We had to actually get up and go to the hostess. The hostess had to go and get our server. And it still took another 5 or 10 minutes for her to get everything taken care of. The hostess at the door apologized, but we never saw a manager. This is the second time I’ve been there and the service has been really slow. So if you’re not in a hurry, this is definitely a good place to go. The food is amazing. Note: the service is much faster at the Haywood Road location.

The Greer location has improved. They have a new manager and the service and food are really good. My favorite server there is Julie. She works at the bar and tables in the bar area. She’s excellent! Be sure to ask for her.

What a wonderful experience! Hot and fresh. I had the firecracker shrimp, mac and cheese and it was delicious. Our server was very friendly and attentive. My only complaint was that the lighting was a little bit dark for my taste. I know some people like it dark but this was just a little bit too dark. The honey butter croissants were also delicious. Next time I’m in the area I will definitely stop for another meal.
