The owner of this establishment is very kind. The portion size of the chili cheese fries is huge, and they taste better than any other chili cheese fries I’ve tried Colorado. I will definitely be back to try more menu items. Thank you for providing such delicious food.

A pancake the size of a medium/large pizza? Say it ain’t so.
A breakfast bowl with flavor and quality as highlights? Can’t be.
However, impossible as this sounds, it’s true!
Started with the bowl…large, flavorful, gooey. Couldn’t eat it all. (Well I could, but was saving room)
Then I figured why not a pancake.
This thing was huge! Came out on a pizza platter/plate. I was not expecting that at all.
Great flavor, fluff, and huge! Took 3/4 of it home.
Place is small. Definitely set up for family eats vs solo eaters. But don’t let that deter you from going. Most tables are set up for 4 or more.
Atmosphere is perfect for a small town mom and pop feel.
You need to go. You need to be hungry. You need to experience what used to be standard for all food establishments back in the day.
What are you waiting for? Get going!

This is a little gem hidden away in Ft. Lupton. The food was great, the staff, the owner and waitress were very kind and did a great job making sure I had everything I needed.
Also, ask for the pancakes. Bring your kids. They’re massive and delicious. You need a pizza box for them.

We were looking for someplace to eat breakfast at besides a fast food place. Thanks to Google maps, we came across this jewel of a place to eat breakfast.
Needless to say, we were not disappointed.
It is easy to overlook because it is in an area with other stores that were closed.

We came to get some take-out tonight, and we made a good choice by choosing The Copper Kettle. It has a nice cozy feel to the inside, and the owner and employee were very friendly. The food was hot and delicious. We had the Macho Nachos, a Quesadilla with Ground Beef and Onions, and the Mushroom Melt on Sourdough. It was a little pricey, but there was plenty of food to make two meals out of each plate. I would have liked to try a breakfast plate, but they are waiting to make breakfast available all day when they have established a larger clientele. Given that, I will have to try to get in one morning to try out their giant pancakes. I would recommend this restaurant, and can’t wait to have breakfast for dinner one day!

So this was our first time to visit Copper Kettle. We were seated immediately and the waitress was super friendly. We shared a full order of biscuits and gravy and each had a side of bacon. The biscuits were good, a little bit on the flat side but tasted good. The gravy was thick, with plenty of sausage. It could probably use a little more seasoning but overall it was pretty good. Again the staff are very friendly and accommodating. I can see this being a stop on the way to or from the airport. We liked it. BTW, the chocolate chunk cookie was the bomb!

I ate off the secret menu. I ordered the Misty’s pastrami and bacon. With an egg on top and served on sourdough bread.

Best breakfast I ever had in eight years in the USA. The biggest pancake also I’ve seen in my life the size of a large pizza. The best pancake I also had in a while, it was beautifully moist, tasty and comes with a quality butter.

It is almost like a tiny nook in an unassuming place but boy oh boy it reminds me of those breakfast made by a loving grandma.

Highly recommended.

One thing though, the coffee is a little disappointing but it can be forgiven.

Very much recommend. Service is slow but the food is fresh made and that takes time. Absolutley worth the little bit longer wait for how good the food is, reasonably priced and good sized menu.
