Being the only place outside security to get real food when stuck waiting in the airport, they do a good job despite slightly unwieldy prices for some items but that’s airports for ya ¯_(ツ)_/¯
I ordered the largest hot chocolate (20 oz) with whipped cream for $5. Not unreasonable, the quality was good, and it satisfied a craving while I had nothing else to be doing but waiting.
There’s plenty of seating for the level of traffic on a Wednesday morning.

What a delightful experience at this restaurant and a beautiful view. The menu was nice and the restaurant large enough to see a number of people. The prices were fair and the service was very good. No complaints here and a great way to pass the time waiting on a flight.

We just grabbed drinks to-go at the Copper Horse Cafe before our flight and they were awesome! The staff was responsive and worked fast to get our drinks done and they were yummy treats to take on the plane.
Get your standard hot lattes and espresso to warm you up or grab an iced sweet treat to refresh you with caramel, chocolate, strawberry or other yummy syrups and some whipped cream on top! I had a creamy and sweet iced white mocha with caramel – yum.
Perfect location and perfect pick me up before hopping on the plane to Denver.

Quite good for a place inside an airport. (You know what I meant). Server was Jenny. She was friendly and got things right.
The food arrived quickly (airport and flights are there). The frieas are thinner, expected to be even crunchier, but should still get 5/5.
The Swiss Burger was good. The mushroom should have been sauteed for 1 more minute. Still enjoyed it.
The view is great. You can watch the airport in operation. We literally watched our aircraft arrive.
The serve the burger de-constructed. So, the photos are not looking that good.

Given it’s a sit down restaurant with a host(ess) seating everyone, and the cost of the food, I expected more than deep fried frozen chicken tenders and fries with at least one fry still ice cold and frozen on the plate (seen on the table in the picture). Service itself is way better than expected for an airport.

Stopped for a meal while waiting for our flight. They were busy but we were seated within 5 minutes. Our waitress took our orders almost immediately which was nice. After ordering we waited about 30 minutes before anything happened. The waitress apologized for the time it was taking. She brought out our drinks. My son’s chicken fingers plate was so disappointing. It was stringy and dry. The fries were outrageous. Lack of care and complete disregard for the customer service . They were old and cold. Same problem with the onion rings. Cold, lack of flavor, mishandled, just no care in preparation. Batter was greasy and stale. It had no character. The rest of our order for some reason was missing. By the time they realized it was not prepared we had to leave. The plus to this place are the views. Definitely beautiful if you are sitting at the right table. Maybe we caught them on an off day. We just needed a lot more effort on the food.

After a quick weekend visiting my daughter at school I stopped in before my flight. Was seated right away and had a beautiful view of the mountains near the airport. Ordered a drink and a BLT. The BLT with avocado was delicious. Lots of bacon and adding the avocado was an excellent choice. The French fries were good, however they were a bit cold. Typical of the skinny fries at sit down restaurants. The wait staff was extremely nice and attentive. Would definitely come here again.

The restaurant is surprisingly spacious with heaps of seating and a great view of the planes coming and going — makes the wait way more enjoyable.
I had the small Cobb salad — personally not a fan of blue cheese, but everything else was fresh and filling. Big shoutout to my waiter who was kind and really attentive.

Burger was small and kinda dry. I was asked how I wanted it cooked and requested medium, which…did not occur. Just don’t offer if it can’t be done, hah. 3 stars considering it’s airport food, but would’ve been 2 stars elsewhere. Waitstaff seemed overworked but managed to be outstanding regardless.

Had a lovely breakfast experience due to our friendly waiter. He was awesome. Our breakfast was yummy, warm, and very filling. Not too expensive either. Definitely recommend before a flight home. Ordered an iced caramel latte, bacon egg and cheese bagel, and breakfast combo.
