I just got off my flight to DEN, drove an hour and a half, arrived right before the kitchen closes at 9 pm. They served me and made me the highest quality bison short rib that a man can ask for. I enjoyed how soft the meat was, the carrots, the potatoes and topped it off with ice cream/cookies. Definitely worth the food.

I ordered the chicken breast and got a chicken wing piece of tasteless meat. It was bed of rice that tasted worse than left over in the microwave. The bartender asked if I wanted a drink or food. When I said both he walked away and I had to find another server to take my order about 15 minutes later. I travel a lot and primarily with Marriott. Overpriced and underwhelmed.

An absolutely terrible experience. Traveling hungry, I anticipated eating at the hotel would be my quickest option.. settled on the Ceasar. Closed the menu and proceeded to wait 50 minutes until we had an opportunity to flag someone down to take our order. Understandably, our inpatience was visibly irritating to the little waiter guy. After a couple minutes he came back and took our order. Finally, maybe an hour and 15m, my hungry self gets delivered food. My “Ceasar” was the stiff core of lettuce cut into quarters. I legitimately (for the first time ever) had to cut a salad with a butter knife).
It had a splash (maybe 2 tablespoons) of dressing and shaved parm that varied in color from pale to deep yellow. If you have the opportunity to visit this pleasant hotel, don’t bother with their restaurant. The price was fair, if the food was remotely edible but paying anything to be treated as a bother (for not waiting a whole hour), only to get an unprepared “salad” with half the cheese left unsealed was not acceptable.

Not one to complain much, but don’t order any chicken. My wife order a grilled chicken Caesar salad and the chicken she received was hard to even look at, never mind eat. She ended up taking the chicken off the salad and still managed to get sick. Our waitress managed to take a double take on it, but never said anything about why we didn’t eat it. That being said, the breakfast is very good. Pic attached….
