Never lets me down! Been here a few times and I can comfortably say I won’t hesitate to come back. All the staff is wonderful, ambiance is great, and the food is appetizing.
I’ve had the salmon, crab cakes, chicken tenders and steak frites before. None have disappointed but on this particular visit I had gotten my usual, steak frites. That had to have been one of the best meals I’ve had here. I lean towards fattier steaks and this piece had the perfect amount of fat. Not too much and not too little. The meat itself was tender and packed with flavor in every bite. I was almost t’d off that it was almost gone off the plate.
Something about copper canyon they just do it right each time somehow.

We had a great experience. Management and staff was able to take our large party last moment. We had a great waiter in Carter our main waiter. The other runners and wait staff stepped up and helped out a lot. Really appreciate the hospitality they provided us. Additionally all of the food was great and correct without any issues. The drinks from the bar were also great. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience.

So this was my first time checking this place out. Loved. Loved. Loved It. Our server Keith was absolutely amazing. He greeted us a “family” and gave us the rundown of all the menu favs. Let’s not talk about their sweet tea. Sooooo good. We had so much food, we had to take some home. We were there for lunch mid week and they seemed to have plenty of staff and a couple of managers walking around and clowning in the kitchen area. The place wasn’t that packed on Wednesday, we got seated right away and our waitress checked on us shortly after. We weren’t that hungry and only ordered small plates and a couple of drinks… All of the food came out room temperature (not warm at all) I don’t know how it sat out for so long when there were plenty of staff running back and forth to the kitchen. The calamari wasn’t crispy by the time we got it and room temperature. Only good thing was the beef barley soup flavor, despite it being not warm, and the dressing that came with the salad.

This is my fourth time eating at a Copper Canyon Grill. My experiences are at two facilities: twice in Silver Spring and twice at Glenarden. The experiences at Silver Spring have all been extremely positive. My experiences at Glenarden were not. The first time was for a takeout and it went very well. The second time was yesterday, December 19th for a takeout that went terribly. The restaurant’s parking lot was so crowded, the servers would not have been able to find me, so to help them out I went in. The head server for takeout was wonderful and appreciative of my coming in. My order was ready and he kindly gave it to me. When I arrived home, however, I noticed that my order was incomplete. I ordered Fish and Chips, but the chips were missing. Upon calling the restaurant, the manager—gave name as Mallory—was not understanding. She insisted that because I did not state I wanted the fries that come with the order as chips, I did not get them. What? How can a dish be called “Fish and Chips,” state in the description that it includes French fries, and then the dish be delivered without French fries? My order was a good size—almost $80—yet she thinks I want to steal fries? Online, the order indicates that fries are automatically included. It asks if a person wants an additional vegetable. I selected green beans. Mallory stated that because I mentioned green beans, the fries were not included. Again, what? Mallory would not provide the fries, nor credit my account. Her general demeanor was callous and insulting. I will write to the corporate office, but felt I should let all who read know. At a minimum, my fries or a refund should have been delivered. This is how Copper Canyon treats a four-time customer, willing to lose all future business by refusing to offer the promised fries with a dish they label as “Fish and Chips.”

I’m pleased to leave feedback for the outstanding service we received on Friday, January 30, 2026. Our server was Terrence Porter and he was extremely professional, friendly and receiving with his gestures. My family, a party of nine, attended the dining establishment to celebrate the life of a family member, who has gone to be with the Heavenly Father. We were seated almost immediately with no hesitation. I’ve always eaten at this location , but never with a large group. The service we received was outstanding to say the least. Terrence Porter deserves kudos for his professionalism in handling everyone’s food order and getting it to the table expeditiously. Hat off to him and other staff members.

The food I was served was delicious and the drinks are strong which usually during my reviews sessions they aren’t. Pot pie was cooked to perfection and definitely recommend.

First visit and I will definitely be back. I ordered the Chicken Salad as my entree and the skillet cornbread for appetizer. The dessert was enough to serve 2-3 people. The service was excellent.

Visited from out of state for a sports event and chose this restaurant based on the reviews. Unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment.
We ordered two steaks well done (no pink). They both came out very rare with blood. We sent it back twice and it was still undercooked each time. After the third attempt, I declined the meal altogether. The manager eventually came to the table 15–20 minutes later, didn’t address the issue or apologize, and simply said it would be removed from the bill.
The drinks were also not good and didn’t justify the pricing. With a table of four, only two people were able to eat, and we still left paying nearly $200.
Very disappointing experience. I would not return or recommend this restaurant.
