Stopped into Copper Canyon Bar and Grill today to catch the end of the Vikings game only to find out it was their last day in business…. First time here and last time here in our first visit.
The bartender Josie greeted us immediately and was an amazing server. She had about 30 customers and took care of everyone at the same time with care and compassion.
We ordered a few appetizers and decided on the ultimate chicken nachos and fried cheese curds.
The chicken nachos were drowning in hot queso and not the best flavor as the lettuce and tomatoes were under the lava.
The garlic cheese curds were amazing flavortown which made up for sub par nachos. Crispy and very garlicky.
Good beer on tap selections.
Probably wouldn’t visit again.

I came here for a friend with lunch and it was pretty nice. The service was all right. My wings bone were absolutely amazing aside from the fact that there were some spots where it was missing sauce. Even with that they were still really good. My friends wings ended up having a hair in them so then we had to wait longer to get her food which sucks so we didn’t end up eating at the same time. I told the waitress and she got her new wings and took about six dollars off the bill. Aside from that overall the food is good and I recommend this place.

WOW!! If you haven’t tried this amazing place yet. You are missing out. Customer service to food is over and beyond amazing. Make sure you stop by and try it out. Drinks are even excellent ❤️ The pickle dip is delicious

Really was not impressed at all. Menu is so basic, food tasted just ok, but left us with horrible indigestion which is probably from the oils they are cooked in (chicken strip basket) kind of a bummer that the side is chips and not fries, and then maybe up charge from there (onion rings, cheese curds etc..) My opinion. Don’t ask for an Old Fashioned. They dilute the simple syrup with water, and top the drink off with water. Absolutely horrible. And the server was mediocre. She definitely did not take the time to check on us. We had to flag her down every time and there was probably at most four guests in the bar. Very very slow night. She was more focused on conversing. Also, the temperature in the bar should be addressed. It was 90° yesterday and it was so sticky and humid in the bar. We were so uncomfortable. We definitely will not ever return.

Went to Copper Canyon Bar & Grill this past weekend with my family. The atmosphere was great, and the food hit the spot — no complaints there. But I feel like some constructive feedback is worth sharing.
Unfortunately, the service fell short. There was one bartender who was also handling all the tables, which clearly wasn’t working. She seemed distracted and more focused on chatting with the guys at the bar than checking on customers. I had to leave my table and walk up to the bar just to try to get a drink refill — no luck.
Also, they were completely out of pickles and olives, which was surprising for a bar(not a big deal), and the bartender couldn’t even explain what was in their signature Canyon Sauce.
Again — food and vibe were great, but the service needs some serious attention. A little support behind the bar and more focus on the guests would go a long way.
Not sure if it was just an off day or what, but I’m not writing the place off completely. If I’m ever in the area again, I might give it another shot and hope for a better experience.

Where do I even begin?! The food is fantastic, it was brought out to me still steaming hot. I had gotten me a burrito bowl and it is to die for! The service is great and everyone we had the privilege of interacting with was more than pleasant. They’ve got quite the selection of beer on tap and a bar to strike up a conversation with your family and friends and even a pool table! It’s great to come grab a bite with the family or even for a handful of drinks, I’ve already experienced dining at the table and at the bar and I keep coming back. I’m gonna miss this place when I have to head back to Cali! Much love to the staff, thank you!!!

Has the best presentation, cooked to perfection . And the chefs obviously know what they’re doing. Always feel welcomed and fun environment. Definitely recommend grabbing a couple of friends and staying here for a good weekend

Clean, open, and brghit. food was hot, great cheese curds, extra garlic flavor! steak was tender. the bird sandwich was amazing. A must stop! drinks are worth the price, which was not much.
